  1. Past hour
  2. No thinks anybody really cares these days. Its just another 15 hts of speedway. No credibility in results.
  3. Yes so a Poole thread about a Poole rider. I would have said it is up to Berwick to raise objections to us being allowed a guest, maybe someone could ask Stewart Dickson his thoughts.
  4. Like ive said on the championship section - all reports from clubs and promotion are "taking time away". Kyle's own post suggests he could be done for good. No indication given of a return.
  5. Do you think this would have been better for their business? "Well, that's it! After this weekend we clearly have bugger all chance of making the play offs, so it is hardly worth even bothering coming to watch us now"... If so, the BSP could use you... Plymouth are one of the "good news" stories this season and have made loads of positive moves, not least moving from the "graveyard night" for the entertainment sector, (Tuesday), and moving to Saturday's, which is the biggest night for it... They are obviously trying to maintain that positive message, which, in this social media era is absolutely paramount to engage punters to attend... The "truth" is often largely irrelevant these days in communication to those watching, and putting a positive spin in everything you put out into the public domain, is 100% the way to go...

  7. I dont mean to take a wizz on anyone's parade but Howarths statement suggests he isn't returning anytime soon. Clubs have called it a "break", but Howarth has said hes "Stepping away from the sport with immediate effect". He won't be back anytime soon
  8. This is sad news in one way. But Kyle clearly has been unhappy and struggling for form which is not good to watch. He is a 100% rider. I call him our (Leicester) terrier. Whatever the conditions he always gives his all. Get well Kyle. Enjoy the new baby when he/she arrives and come back fully restored. For me, you'd be first on the team sheet next season.
  9. Wish him well ,always gives100% but obviously not feeling great.
  10. I thought this was a Brandon Update
  11. No Kyle Howarth, taking a break from racing HOWARTH TAKES A BREAK FROM RACING - Glasgow Tigers Speedway
  12. The club working very closely with Poland and taking advice on how to improve the track. Reps from Poland due in Uk soon to evaluate what can and can’t be done to improve racing. Finance not an issue.
  13. Today
  14. I do. I spent a lot of time on a 2009 thread this week.
  15. My mistake. For some reason I thought he moved out of the RS berth when Castagna got sacked but it's Scott who's been the RS all along.
  16. Rushen is not KLs rising star, so can't benefit from a 25% discount for ceasing to be one.
  17. That team total will significantly rise if a couple of people get their way. They’ll probably have to settle on a compromise, but I’d expect a 37 total for a top six to rise either way. You could probably fit another assessed rider on a 5.00 instead of KJP 😉
  18. As it stands Rushen's 4.77 GSA would be 3.58 if he qualifies for the -25% discount. So it's a perfect fit as it stands, Doyle's GSA will obviously increase but Brennan's will take a nose dive so it'll level itself out.
  19. But not for long, packing it in at the end of the season so he tells people 🤷‍♂️
  20. Feel a bit bad for the lad for saying it because he’s been down in the dumps over his form this year but from a selfish point of view we could do with Tom staying at 1 and continuing to drop his average. They’re fully aware not to allow another club to benefit from a poor year here with us. The plan is to retain him and slot him in the middle order. Brennan may have other ideas obviously so it’ll be down to him but they definitely want to keep him next year so we’ll have to wait and see what Tom wants to do. Doyle Woryna Brennan Would be my best guess as a top three as it stands unless a certain other Pole decides to give UK a bash 😁 Rules at the AGM permitting. Anyway, that’s all for a 2027 thread. Well done to Leicester on getting one hand on the trophy. Can’t argue at all really, they rode well which they always seem to do here!
  21. I'm assuming Rushen gets the -25% discount like Flint did this year.
  22. So very true was it Justin Elkins who was another that big things were hoped for but never happened, I used to enjoy the junior meetings you could always spot the ones who might make a career out of the game like Ray Morton, Sean Wilson and who was the lad who led the Wolves juniors around mid 80's also can't remember his name.
  23. Not sure that the Tigers making the playoffs is a given. As you say Poole will be difficult to beat and if Edinburgh win on Friday then that would be two home defeats that wipe out our two away wins, leaving us scrabbling for bonus points, along with Berwick, particularly if the Bandits win at Workington.
  24. Doyle 8.14 ? 4.17 Musielak 6.79 Brennan 6.37 Woryna 8.00 KJP 3.53 Total: 37.00 There's no reason average wise why that kind of team couldn't happen
  25. 28.07.2026: Ekstraliga U24, Wrocław: https://youtu.be/czXJGj3kZvA?is=rgRNcyR2FUbRmapI
  26. Hopefully it is nothing too bad sadly he like few others are reaching the stage where injury and age is catching up with them .
