GP line-up for 2026

A huge future indeed, but for perspective the last two 16 year old who made such a stellar impact were Drew Kemp and Jordan Palin. PS. On what I've seen this year he could soon be overtaken by Cooper Rushen and that may take some of the pressure (which has been immense) off him which can only be good for his development.

Ipswich Witches 2025

Perhaps it is to help Sheffield For them to agree for it to be a reserved date for the semi surely they would have to have the stadium owners on board and that would likely be at a cost If the date isn't required to complete the semi final then that would be a wasted expense unless the league fixture fills the space Therefore this seems like sensible planning to me - Today

I would think if there are spaces Zagar would be included as an option -
Well done to Redcar for keeping it so close. Packed in for those second and third places to keep the score close. Hard racing at times which is what we want to see in play off speedway. Scott has come of leaps and bounds since last year, fantastic future if he can keep that going. As I said in May and June, come the business end of the season the same riders will let us down when it mattered and they haven’t failed to deliver, all I’m going to say is apart from Lawson, Rowe and Cairs the rest can turn the light off and shut the door on the way out for 2026, far too inconsistent all year. We can go to Redcar and win, but it’s going to be a massive ask.

Redknapp won't be doing this for free that's for sure. The guy is more slippery than a jellied eel. I've read some shizzle in my time and this has to be up there. If he was such a big speedway fan he would have mentioned it a long time ago. The majority of the 1.4 million followers he has on social media are probably more interested in Sandra's jam rolly polly than speedway. I'll give him credit though, he does have a very good publicity team around him and an even better accountant. Secondly BSPN becomes Speedway Futures Ltd. Nothing at all to do with tax is it! Perhaps they should invite Angela Reyner onto the board. She's got plenty of time on her hands now.

Absolutely huge future and definitely not to blame, Starke was unlucky with exclusion but Redcar have good reserves who rode well, Toby had an off night after a decent start, impressed with Anders until heat 13, Zach was up and down, not sure he deserved heat 15, Kerr was excellent and Lawson was what we expect from him, flawless.

So yesterday they announce that 25th September was a reserved date in case either of the 2nd semi matches get postponed, then today they announce a fixture on the reserved date !!

Deactivation Of Cut Outs
THE DEAN MACHINE replied to Dickie Head's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Yes, something I think to do with a motocross case where someone tried to sue the scrutineer after an accident so at Nora events now they don’t check bikes, except the cutout at speedway, to be fair scrutineers only really pick up on trivial things, if you have a serious defect like a cracked frame or missing spokes the rider would know that anyway and wouldn’t ride the bike -
Junior motorcross don't seam to bother either.

First off well done to Redcar for keeping it close. The Redcar reserves were the ones who did all the work, beating Starke and Cairns, and Tobias, who seemed to have a brain fart on bends one and two tonight. I have said all season Poole are not good enough this season and it will take a hell of an effort to progress to the final. Some very hard racing. Rowe and Kings battle was tough stuff. Lawson superb. Mention to young Jody Scott who has come on leap and bounds. Gates one and three seemed to have an advantage. Gate 4 was very soft as the rain had got into it. Poole very unlucky with 4th Tobias tapes EX. Ref didn’t see it and Edwards fell on bend one on his own. But allowed back in as the tapes infringement comes first. All to play for and Poole riders do like Redcar. But think this time the bears might get through to the final. Redcar v Edinburgh in the playoff final? What were the odds?

Are you seriously saying NORA don't scrutineer bikes? -
First time this season I watched a meeting on BSN at Poole… and I heard people moaning about premiership tracks being gate and go ! Really poor to watch but I guess that’s the home advantage so can’t knock it too much… Morris with the only race to actually get me sitting upright and really interested ! I’m sure in Poland it’s only a warning for your body to touch the tapes and not an exclusion as I’ve seen it this season happen!
