FYI parts of the centre green are still under water, and have been for weeks, so unable to get onto the centre green to cut it, unless you want to come down with a pair if scissors to cut it 😜

Very good win and some cracking racing. After 3 heats, I was expecting a battering. Then the track changed quickly, and it caught our riders out but not the Scorpions. Heat 15 was the best heat for me. Jeppesen gated, and rode a very good four laps to hold off pickering. Great bike control by Jeppesen to stay on the bike when he lifted exiting bend 4 on the 2nd, maybe 3rd lap Overall, pleased with the riding, a good, entertaining meeting, with the only downside being the dust. The evening start times will sort that out though.

Tough opening meeting for the Bandits , I think this will be pretty close and the guys in stripes might just edge it

Do they have a full facility for Iversen, with him not having ridden for Northampton yet?

Yeah they had probs getting it to start also, prob is if im not there to help um with it they struggle as both in their mid 80's and not very tech savvy bless um🙄

I think the promotion will be very happy if thats your only gripe. I personally didn't think the green looked bad. Last year it was patchy and dry in areas, so letting it grow out before mowing is probably a good idea.

The fact Mr Park was so keen to support the demolition of the stadium would certainly suggest he stands to gain something from it! There are people keen to run the sport in Swindon, but that's very hard to take forward whilst dear old Uncle Clarke still owns the stadium.

Mine was fine on the telly up until heat 12 when it crashed and I couldn't get the web page to refresh, so watched the last three heats on my phone.

There were some excellent races but also a lot of strung out heats, feel that the venue would benefit massively from floodlights so the track guys aren't battling with the wind AND the sun. The shape is amazing and I don't think the circuit has fulfilled its potential yet.

I had issues getting it to start then when finally got it on it was jumping from frame to frame for about 10 mins, ok after that

Yeah I thought this too, think the predictions beforehand didn’t take into account this, plus it being the Comets first home meeting. They are all well on the pace including Ryan Ingram, who looks a great 2 point reserve.

King's Lynn should win this one considering Lidsey's early season form. If the Stars reserves are ever going to score decent points then it'll come in this meeting imo. 50-40 (Klindt will keep the scoreline somewhat respectable for the Foxes debut in the PREMIERSHIP.

It seems there is some sort of protest at the Zeilona gora v grudiadz match on Sunday, a section of falubaz fans are boycotting the match and grudiadz fans have agreed to boycott it too in solidarity, from what I understand it’s about ticket prices being the most expensive and also fans wanted to add something to the stand and the club took it away,I assume this is the section of fans that stand in the middle of the first corner

Think we're going to struggle big time in this one, I think Scotty Nicholls will struggle to score a point against any member of Belle Vue's 1-5, Always struggled around the NSS apart from one meeting and that was a good few years ago as well. Lawson's not a fan either so I think the Aces could put up 60 here.

Barely anyone would watch it tbh. Only a handful of members on here watch the Polish Leagues whilst interacting with other fans on this thread.

If there was a track that scunny were going to actually do play at it would be Worky with it being the closest in shape to the Eddie wright raceway. Normal services to be resumed anywhere else in the UK. 😂
