  1. Past hour
  2. I think Jenkins was a possibility at one stage when he finished covering for Battye until Berwick decided to keep him and drop Fredericksen!! Looking at our August fixtures I reckon Jenkins might be a good choice of guest on 12th v Scunny.
  3. They are not bullying photos that’s called having a laugh. You are a pain to others also. Now get a real job for once you benefit scrounger
  4. To be fair they looked super weak on paper but have surprised a few including me but you can't see anything other than a Poole steamroller in the play offs.
  5. Hopefully an entertaining one .... McDiarmid and Cairns both at the SGP2 in Lodz. Harrison in for the injured Bowes SD Timmo Car Sales Oxford Cheetahs: Sam Masters (C), Luke Killeen, Edward Kennett, Anders Rowe, Mitch McDiarmid R/R, Dayle Wood, Darryl Ritchings Poole Wessex Marine Pirates: Richard Lawson, William Cairns R/R, Lewis Kerr, Cooper Rushen, Zach Cook, Luke Harrison (G), Kyle Newman (C)
  6. Well Jacob Hook it is. As people have said it won’t be easy for him to jump straight In having not really ridden much this season however there’s no doubting he is a talented lad. Scunthorpe aren’t been blessed with options, the only other rider I could think of was Fredriksen who was one short of the Olympic rings at the EWR earlier this year. As for those saying why didn’t they change earlier I think the Scunthorpe promotion were looking at changes however since the recent strong run in form you aren’t gonna make any changes, they would be silly to change a winning formula!
  7. I was replying to SteveLyric who thought it was the next day, but now you're reminding me of what happened, did he not complete a Prem match, apparently picking up an injury in the process, missed Poole due to not riding in Denmark (because he was injured), then returned to Ipswich the next night? Was the Ipswich meeting he missed not a day after riding in Denmark? I think whenever a rider misses a meeting one day, but rides the next people get suspicious.
  8. They signed a young German world champion well SON 2 champion, but has not done very well
  9. The Workington Town RL team are also playing at 3 pm. on Sunday at Derwent Park....might affect attendances at both matches ???
  10. Was hard to judge how Kennett would do, not raced "professionally" since he got injured at Plymouth & starting mid-season. His current form could be useful to Oxford trying to avoid the wooden spoon & make him a sought after rider next year though.
  11. Got a youth championships round after the meeting, think it may be the 500cc class
  12. Always the victim but never the truth. Never have I once called you obscene names, used duplicate accounts or put up bullying photos . Now kindly get in your mobility scooter & do one 💦💦
  13. According to his manager Carolina they are expecting Freddie to return to racing shortly.
  14. Today
  15. Exactly, I agree with you mostly, that's why I said I don't understand them bringing him in so late if they've been talking to him for 3+ months. If they'd made the signing earlier he could have had plenty of time time settle in rather than being thrown in so late on. I'm a neutral as far as the Championship is concerned anyway so makes no difference to me personally, but I hope he goes well, it was a a surprise that he wasn't back at Workington this year. I thought him and Vuolas both missing out on team places was a real shame.
  16. If Hook struggles, it will lower his average, which could help his bargaining, by saying "I'm better than that, but was racing against riders already dialled in". Strange situation signing a 5.5 rider as a "3rd heat leader". If Scunny have been talking to Hook since April, means they could have replaced MPT when he lost form, but chose not to. However he goes, I will applaud Scunthorpe for not going down the guest route.
  17. Not sure , will be better for fans I would have thought travelling from Berwick .
  18. Bartosz at 3/1 (1/4 odds e/w) on Saturday looks generous to me, especially for a rider who has only missed 1 podium this season (when he crashed).
  19. May be a promising rider and nice lad but this late in the season can really affect a rider more then gain. You’ve gotta be slightly realistic, he’s coming in to an almost completed season. Everyone’s had a lot of meetings/laps/starts compared to his one meeting. Will either knock his confidence and possibly look worse for a team spot next season or he’ll go fine and will work out for next season. Goodluck
  20. I don't necessarily think its crazy to bring him in, Jacob is a promising rider and a nice lad to boot, but why not earlier in the season if they have been talking to him "since April"? And I think its crazier still that they didn't bring in Vuolas if they're clearly willing to bring in riders from further afield.
  21. Because he was a 6 and too high?just keep using him as a guest it will be like you have signed him
