It helps a great deal when you are not forced to make changes due to the rules, something Belle Vue have had to do year on year whereas Ipswich only once at the start of ‘26. Considering the amount of changes the witches have made when not required compared to the few The Aces have made out of necessity I cannot say continuity is a word I would associate with the witches.  There was the Covid year when Ipswich signed Jason Crump on an 8.21 average but as the season never happened it was carried over to 2021.
