Not necessarily that straightforward for greenbelt. Still needs a strong planning justification for the site. Will it interfere with the openness of the greenbelt? What buildings/structures are being planned? -
Belated Congratulations too Poole we gave it our best shot at home and fell just short , regardless what people say or think Poole are the benchmark we all aspire to become. -

You assume that all clubs have freedom of access to their stadia on any day. That's simply not the case. Also dictating to fans, let alone riders, when they must attend to see, or be in, their team wouldn't work imo. -
