The downside as others have said even if he's on 6-7k per meeting its still buttons compared to Poland and will he want the travelling agg hopefully so as he's a great rider to watch in full flight.

Depends on the contract  - no reason why they can't be exclusive  It is common practice for contracts to exclude working elsewhere or require permission - particularly in the same sector

Doubling up/down should be for young Brits to develop, not for journeymen to top up their pensions. Just like guests its got completely out of hand. Many supporters want their team to have its own identity which means riders who aren't popping up elsewhere in the UK on any given night.
