Agree with this assessment. He seems a quiet guy and is struggling, just like Ashton Boughen, another quiet young guy. We need a different managerial approach on occasions like this. -

Wow that's a surprise, the time you spend on the Poole pages!!!!? Hope you enjoyed the first 2 meetings of the season. Poole always do their best to increase attendances when visiting away tracks for the benefit of the home club.😆 -
