Good evening. I’m very sorry to hear you have had trouble getting in touch with us. Could you let me know what email address you are using to contact us as I can’t see an email from anyone relating to this. Could you please email us at support@exstreammedia.co.uk and we will sort this for you. Accepting a reduced rate for a month doesn’t cancel a subscription, it’s an incentive to stay with us. So you would have to cancel after accepting that if you still wished to end your subscription. There will be no issue refunding your last payment if you have no intention of watching the final, so we will happily sort that for you. Regards, Ben Duffill (BSN)6 points

People see what they want to see, and will apportion blame where it suits. Some will seek to blame the referee, some will choose riders, some will choose the rule makers. I think the one point I would make was that for me Christina was very consistent in her application of the "rules" Personally I disagree with most of the decisions made these days, where the slightest contact results in a rider taking a dive and getting the decision, but that is very much how the sport is decided these days. Anyone thinking Holder should not have been excluded when Wright went down in the first leg must also agree that Brady shouldn't have been excluded in heat 1 of the second leg, both occasions where a rider made a forceful move with minimal "rubbing" on the way through, the rider on the outside could easily have straightened up and conceded the move, but instead chose to take the contact and chance a get off and reinstatement. For me this is how speedway is going. I'm not keen on it, but it seems to be the norm. The reality of both legs was if you went up the inside of someone and there was the slightest of contact, you were deemed the guilty party. At least she was consistent in that regard4 points

A home promotion needs to offer either a winning side or an entertaining racetrack (ideally both!) If it's neither that's a slippery old slope. The club needs to have a long hard look at itself over the winter and decide what it wants to be.3 points

Still, a youngster compared to me sadly. But regardless I would have Danyon back in a heartbeat.3 points

And what makes it so frustrating is that it will quite likely happen again... If the promoters themselves dont see their own competitions as being important enough to be ran properly, and to be therefore taken seriously, then what chance are they giving themselves of convincing fans, media and sponsors, that these competitions are worth attending, covering and sponsoring? As often will be said.. There needs to be a strong hand on the tiller which ensures so much 'self inflicted nonsense' (which can only undermine the sport), is eradicated.. Be that an independent person, or party, or someone within the BSP who gets given total authority to make decisions for the good of the sport, and has the power to impose consequences to those who fail to comply..3 points

Have to agree well worth every penny, my only gripe is I can't get it on my TV and have to watch on a laptop. I'm sure a techy could sort it tho. A BSN app would be good but again I've no idea if that's possible and the cost to BSN. il definitely be signing up again next year2 points

For the sake of 10 or so rider who only ride in the PL is it really worth continuing with two leagues. Yes there may be a shortage of riders if there is only one combined league but look at restructuring the team set up with the two reserves being NDL standard and have their programmed rides solely against each other with a start from each gate. There are so many ways to improve the sport f only the powers that be would listen2 points

100% this they can’t keep chopping and changing they need a long term plan and stick to it.2 points

Did you read the terms and conditions regarding recurring payments. Many Card payments are based on recurring not one off payments and that includes if made via PayPal. How long ago did you query it? I doubt BSN have a staffed Admin Centre and may be reliant on people responding in their spare time or after their full time job. It's easy to become attuned to 24x7 business operations and to forget that small start ups, which BSN is, are just that, small start ups. You should always ask and qualify when making any card payment that it is a one off and not recurring. Hopefully you'll get it sorted. BSN are run by excellent people.2 points

I almost can't quite believe the things that people will find to complain about. We now can't even see the simple release of a book without some form of controversy needing to surround it.2 points

Online ticket sales are great until someone realises there's a record of them. Cash is King2 points

League winners or play off winners? Poole have a GSA total of a bit over 42 while Leicester are well over 44 . Glasgow over 46, so not all teams would be improving their squads. Monarchs about the same figure as Poole, so keeping their big two might not be a problem. Wages limit was tried in the 80s. Don't remember it working, with sponsorship being the way around it.2 points

You asked my reasons I gave them. You don't like them.thats up to you but we could've won the treble I'd still want him replaced. Simple as2 points

He's unprofessional and doesn't represent the club well imo. Gets too involved in situations shouting and swearing at opposition fans and riders. Wants to be the riders pals like the sycophant he was as the parade truck driver. Throw in countless shocking decisions over the years just a few of my reasons. I'd have far more respect for Micheal but no o think as a so called professionally run club should have someone with a proven record at the job. Off top of my head rossco would be my preferred choice. Or see what Ian Steele is up to these days2 points

One of the nicest guys in speedway, has been severely unfortunate in his career, always seems to get bad injuries. With a family to think of, I think it’s the right call. All the best Sarj2 points

The BSPL could have fined him but no let's short change the public.2 points

Haha. Although us Southampton fans would probably be happy to give the footie a miss, same with Leicester footie fans too I think (if theirs clashed)1 point

Sums it up for me too. hate being negative, but it has all gone wrong for KL over the last few years. Big changes needed, probably more in the management than anywhere else!!!!!1 point

What an awful meeting. Crap track + Crap Team = Hardly any fans and no atmosphere. 1 decent race out of 15. Entertainment zero. It will take a hell of a team to get me back next season. Had enough!1 point

They are number 1 and 5 for Wolves in the Prem, so seems ridiculous to me to have them as top 2 in a Champ team as well!! Surely Champ should be in-between Prem and NL, but it seems to be really close to the Prem and far away from NL. No wonder NL riders find it difficult to move up successfully.1 point

I first emailed them about it a week ago and I get what you say about them being good people and probably very busy but I wouldve expected some sort of contact after a week and yes I know card payments can be recurring but I cancelled my subscription on the 9th of September but then agreed to keep it for another month at a reduced price not another month at a reduced price followed by yet another month at full price.. I only wish them luck with their venture and hope it works out but I am a bit peeved about this..1 point

Yup. They need 10 plus. The tigers will be smarting from the play off and are race sharp. If we ain't out of the starts tonight like a rat up a drain pipe we're in trouble. This is one meeting where i don't want to see Lewis scoring many, but fair play to him he has upped his game since leaving, and i can see him scoring around 8 tonight. Don't want to seem glass half empty, but i can see the Tigers being to sharp tonight, and we will do well to win the meeting.1 point

Douglas can't ride Monmore and can't see him being back - think he will be seeking pastures new of his own accord. Thorssell has been rubbish on the continent so wouldn't entertain having him back as he seems to be past his best.1 point

I'm intrigued. What was your "take" on both incidents? For me, both Holder in first leg and Kurtz in second leg went for a gap that ultimately didn't develop. Both had to be excluded. Correct decisions.1 point

That's a shame, Sarj was a real prospect when he came onto the scene with Coventry. When Cov closed he seemed to lose his way a bit, I don't think Havvy helped him much as, publicly at least, he defended his jumping at the start as acceptable and often blamed the ref for stopping races after the start. Sarj became a bit of a laughing stock throughout the sport for this... if that had been coached out of his game a bit sooner, who knows?1 point

There's a simple solution to that - move Mr Brown from the manager's position to that of publicity officer. He seems to like (self) publicity.1 point

They come up with effusive quotes from the Team Manager when the team wins, but barely acknowledge a defeat - Plymouth being the most recent example - and no mention of Cooks absence, for which it seems he has received a suspension, something unlikely to be recorded on the clubs FB page. Similarly no statement about the Jubilee Final.1 point

One thing they have to sort out is that all fixtures are completed before the play offs commence. This season the play offs were a farce, the grand final of the league program taking place with league fixtures outstanding. One of the fixtures could have lead to a different semi final match up.1 point

Mikebv has put his finger on it there! As a died-in-the-wool Tigers fan for 56 years, I'm actually glad to see Belle Vue win the title, for the simple reason that it highlights the sheer hypocrisy and corruption of the ruling authorities in allowing a rider who has shunned British racing for three years in pursuit of personal treasure to suddenly turn up for three matches in the colours of a team for which he has no past or present connection and have the audacity to collect a champion's medal on the rostrum. A "ringer" by any definition. Surely the authorities will now be shamed into ensuring no such aberration will ever occur in the future. As for the real championship, whichever team wins the Sheffield v Ipswich tie two weeks' time can hold its heads high and rightly claim to be the season's champions - an accolade won over the course of twenty matches home and away and without recourse to underhand and devious chicanery, the stench of which will always hang around this alleged Belle Vue "victory".1 point

I dont know Luke or family but seems they have their heads screwed on. I really enjoyed watching him at Berwick not only last Saturday but in his development through the Berwick Academy as a wee lad. I would love to see how he progresses next season in NDL and would love that to be at Berwick but am sure family will make right call for him with his input too.1 point
