I would like them to increase these meetings, if clubs don't race a NDL team, they should have to hold a full scale individual meeting. With the lack of matches for NDL riders, they could do with more matches on a greater variety of tracks.

If Boughen is in for Palm-Toft that is a ludicrous replacement, with all due respect. Do they think Boughen is going to score more than Lambert, Allen, Howarth and Mountain? Boughen is a good rider in the making and has a big future, but as number one? And with no T/Rs allowed, he has to take his allocated 4 rides unless replaced by a reserve.

Why would Poole fans get behind Scunthorpe? Poole fans support Poole. Poole is built to entertain and win the same as every club.

Let's hope he doesn't take a leaf from Ivan Mauger's book and miss it to prepare for the meeting. Hopefully it'll be good weather, 2 full teams... and a Lions victory 🦁 🏆 🏅

Max is an out and out number one for any team in the uk and we would be. Poorer team without him. As much as I promote British Youth Joes out of his depth in the top league and Dan I would imagine stay at Ipswich. Always liked Wozniak and being out the GP need to make him an early offer. Could that be a straight swap for Douglas…. Why not just change Douglas and go again with Lewis at reserve with Hagon.

Thanks to victor Garry i will donate the winners prize to the Ben Fund this week. I have enjoyed the comp this season and hopefully will do it again in 2025.

There was a time when riders would adapt their machines to suit track condition by changing a few little things. Todays riders want to be able to turn up & demand the track suits the set up they use on the track each time. You can see some riders each week on a track that fits them score the big points but the week the track is different for whatever reason they have no interest & return much less than their normal. The track is the same for all the riders on the night all it needs is for small changes to be made to the bike & maybe the riders attitude

I've been fortunate enough to watch him race since he was a 15-year old at St Austell and it's fantastic to see him still going strong. The guest stuff always gets brought up but there's a reason why he's generally the rider teams go to and that's because they know he will turn up and give maximum effort whatever the conditions, he plays his part in helping out the rest of the team and of course for the fans he'll provide great entertainment. Even in the dullest meeting you know you will get at least a couple of races with a bit of excitement and at times it feels as though he's keeping the sport afloat by himself. Hopefully he's got plenty of years left in him!
