Always a few who may get pushed too far. Personally I lost some enthusiasm a few years ago when Eastbourne called off a match because of what was on television that night (a football match). I still go to some speedway, but if it clashes with something else I like, speedway no longer always wins.

An investigation was scheduled, but rain was forecast, so postponed.

Slightly off topic, but saw a race at Buxton. The winner was way ahead of the other 3 riders. After the winner completed four laps, the red light went due to an incident further back. It was announced that the winning time would have been a track record, but would not count as the race was subsequently stopped.

Is this correct or speculation?. Just asking as I can not see anything on Sheffield or Scunthorpe website or Facebook.
