You can't plan the weather, surely that's the main reason to try and get fixtures done earlier? And if Glasgow and Leicesters tracks weren't available in Aug and Sept then fair enough but I doubt it very much.

This has been a massive factor over the last couple of months IMO. Certainly not Poole's fault in any way but not good for the integrity of the competitions. Fixtures need to be much, much better in their planning across all leagues in 2023.

He's also ad a 5+1 and a 2+1 at BV this year plus a paid 15 for Lynn in 2021. He can be decent round there and personally I think he's better than Etheridge and will outscore him over two legs.

I tipped Glasgow at the start of the season and I'd argue that with the same injury luck as Leicester & Poole they'd have done it, losing Ostergaard & Hume absolutely knocked the stuffing out of them and Cook has never been the same since his cluster of summer knocks and crashes.

Absolutely better than all of them but five years of not riding somewhere versus riding it regularly (for two seasons for most of them) will be a leveller. Just hope the action is better than last night!

Did you watch last night? Have you seen how BV fared at Sheffield in their three visits this year? Phil is right, it'll be two home wins, just depends who wins by more. As for Lamberr, however good you are it's not as simple as rocking up to a track and just beating good home riders. He will score points but the idea that he is going to just blow away Holder, Ellis, Museilak and Howarth is fantasy.

Massive generisation there. Maybe heats 13 and 15 and the other ones where 1&5 meet might be better with some higher quality riders? I don't think there is going to be a massive influx of GP riders but we might find half a dozen or so from the Extraliga and some Danes from the 1st division want to do the UK in addition to their other leagues and that can only be good, as long as clubs don't pay over the odds of course. The strength of the two leagues need to be further apart.

Do Lynn do season tickets nowadays? I'd heard they don't. Agree though the meeting must be run.

From what I hear and read that is no longer true of Leicester.

And rhe circuit would be a big draw for him. Wouldn't totally rule out a Lynn return but would say its unlikely.

Personally I wouldn't touch Craig with a bargepole but he's on 5.05 in the Prem so you can understand people putting him in potential line ups.

Technically Vaculik has debuted over here already for Leicester.
