In that case if Ellis is injured I hope he does quarter of a lap in his first ride then pulls out so that Brennan and Flint can have a couple of rides each. If a WC gets injured in the lead up to a GP the hosting country should be able to nominate another one. Anyway I hope Adam is OK and can ride.

Well done Redcar! -
Ipswich v King's Lynn 11 August

Story of the season unfortunately, just too inconsistent and not quite good enough, well done Witches. In the interests of consistency I'll say for the umpteenth time tac subs shouldn't be permitted for home teams. -
I obviously did dream the limit on changes then. Good luck to Lewi, makes the cup final a bit spicier.
-
I did think that mate but elsewhere on the forum a Glasgow fan thinks he'll be back for their next match......
-
I thought they'd made all the non injury changes they could or did I dream that?

Why would Cook be under investigation? Or is this just the usual skidder poo stirring -
Agree, he was entitled to celebrate and I didn't have an issue with it.

Difficult to see where Bickley goes from here.

They picked a team full of EoES experience and many of whom had an affinity with the Peterborough public, I don't imagine they expected to win the league but the side was assembled to be strong at home and being fortunate with injuries meant it snowballed. You need a bit of luck of course but if you pick seven riders and they romp to the title without changes that's good team building whichever way you slice it.
-
Bit disrespectful I'd say. You can't really criticise them for picking a poor team then not give them credit for getting it right.

Lynn score 42, 43 or 44 and just miss out on a win yet again but claim a losing point. -

Absolutely right that Flint and Brennan should be at Cardiff practicing and getting as much out of the event as they can. -

One assumes the BSPL release team line ups according to the information they are given by clubs. -

Sheffield v Kings Lynn 8 Aug

You're judging him from one meeting on a track he's never ridden before. Getting 42 tonight and Jakobsen having a sighter of Owlerton makes me believe we can win the cup final. We can certainly beat them over two legs although it won't be easy. -
Ooft, Twitches down to earth with a bump.

Hmmm not sure how you 'make a statement' with most of your team absent. Even if you win with a load of guests it means little. -
I wondered how long that would take. Lynn were Fan Dabi Dozi last year winning one match while you guys romped to the title!

Yes but only with his Polish club's permission which of course they later withdrew.

It's funny, Lynn fans were saying that about Peterborough last year.

Plus the main thing is that racing against faster (the fastest) riders makes him go faster and facing them week in week out means its sink or swim. Both he and Lambert have gone to a different level since riding in that league regularly.
