  1. Thats disappointing Always a good value visitor is Cook Mind you I wont be there either
  2. Is the "Danish lift" taught in the training schools over there? Even the mild mannered ones like Morten suffer with that
  3. That Glasgow meeting could be pivotal to play off qualification.....
  4. Lakeside changed their mind about agreeing to the date apparently
  5. Its a sad day when the truth is an incovenience Also rather crass to blame those fans - any problems were self inflicted by the club. Any responsibility lays solely with the club
  6. I will just be happy for Danny to be able to ride for anyone - even Peterborough
  7. RIP Bob - lets hope there a nice new tractor waiting for him
  8. Should be a comfortable win for the Panthers despite an upturn in Witches fortunates over the last few weeks since the team changes The big question mark for Boro is the fact that it is the first home meeting for 3 weeks which could cause an issue depending on the track prep That said I dont expect even a point for the Witches ah well at least Bruv will be on the winning side either way
  9. Definitely Perhaps because often the view of a good race is one of their teams riders making a pass which is more likely to happen at their home track
  10. Looks to be running into top form now that he doesnt need to keep an eye on his average to help changes fit...... Bruv was on the spanners for him tonight and is again Sunday - he can forget those taps just for once if he likes
  11. And clubs wonder why fans just keep on walking away and not coming back
  12. No problem with that as he has not arrived (broken down? en route?) A little extra rest/recuperation time now for him
  13. Massif still alive and kicking You are welcome to bring any foodstuff contribution - much appreciated. Will be good to see you again
  14. I hope youre right Baldy but a point (team or Wally) would be more than could be rightly expected With Morris perhaps still a bit 2nd hand and Kyle still looking a bit tentative we could see this as a bit of an opportunity but I would be surprised big time if we win
  15. Kemp is coming into the Witches side when he turns 16 Wallinger was only ever a stop gap signing - it was announced as part of the team switch You can see him when we come to the EWR on the 24th
  16. £2255 is the figure being quoted Thats a fantastic sum
  17. Well happy with that Great rally after a dodgy first 2 heats and a strong finish to hold on Scoreline didnt flatter us but it makes it look easier than it was Possible turning point that Hammers fans could call out was the exclusion of Ellis when 9 times put of 10 Scott wouldve been the one to go Some great races on a well prepared track in front of a big crowd on a lovely night. Whats not to like
  18. Heat 8 was a very good battle and the track certainly looked fine Plenty of material - perhaps a little loose but far better than the majority of tracks seen recently. A huge improvement on previous seasons and a testament to some obvious hard work to rectify some long standing issues
  19. Totally agree 35 points using Premiership averages is 45.5 at this years Championship level A 10% increase in rider quality yet there is an expected reduction in admission from around £16 to £10 Pie in the sky
