  1. Agree and in line their costs also need to reduce Was speaking only yesterday with Nicki Lanham. Its not that ling ago that Leigh started and at that time a carb fir example could be picked up for £40 where as now you can be looking at £700 Even allowing for standard inflation thats an extrordinary increase
  2. There is certainly a fair arguement for that Can any team attracting 4-600 attendances really make even a further reduced Championship level pay?
  3. Tend to agree on the first point Possibly Worky hadnt had enough home meetings for his new figure to be effective.....
  4. Josg G is closer to 9 at Championsip level on his own..... Even by your example of not much difference Berwick cant make it pay at £15 let alone your suggesed £12
  5. Didnt say they werent - but those sides need a further 5 point reduction for the financials suggested
  6. 100% sure myself Thats because at the stage they signed there had been no new green sheets issued for 2018 so their 2017 figure was still the most recent As soon as a revised set of averages were issued in 2018 the 2017 figures were null and void for cross league signings and a conversion of the most recent used (1.3) Ironically when the rolling average for those riders is revised each month it then does include the 2017 meetings! Example Nathan Greaves 2017 Championship average 4.57 joined Redcar on 3.89 converted from his revised Wolves Prem average Rode 3 meetings averaged 3.5 and his July Championship GSA is 4.37 as it now includes his 2017 again!
  7. That Berwick side is as expensive/strong as their current 7 for which they charge £15 (already lower than the norm) and do not make any money Cutting the price to £12 would just reduce the income (and increase losses) by £1500 a meeting - why would they vote for one big league like that? The BV and Wolves sides would have reduced income of £6000+ per meeting and I dont see a reduction in strength in line with that for them either Going by current Championship averages/equivalents those teams (IMO) are about 5 points too strong for the financial elements of your proposal
  8. Paticularly when he has been out scoring that this year by about half a point
  9. Conversion is x1.3 from Premiership to Championship this year The Polish licence is indeed an issue preventing Josh G riding in the Championship too
  10. Can ride the fixtures at Foxhall as we are unlikely to need the dates
  11. Yeah silly money indeed Whats the old saying? If something seems too good to be true it usually is.....
  12. So if Worky just say "we have spoken to the landlord and no other dates are available" then they can keep their Fridays too.....
  13. Will the Worky riders refuse guest bookings on these disputed Fridays? Will the Worky promotion ask them to?
  14. He would come in on his converted 2018 Championship average
  15. Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps then....
  16. Reading elsewhere its actually the 12th that is the last day for changes to be effective from the 15th....
  17. The sport has been daft for a long time then - has happened regularly and will continue to do so Im sure
