  1. Bike right over fence on bend one Ellis takes a purler. Ambulance on track. Ellis standing but hurt.
  2. Bjarne just did a good impersonation of Watty in his first race Yes. A mans worst pain.
  3. We are on our way but traffic is murderous. Been an accident north of Oxford.
  4. Should have stopped now and thats the end of it for the day.
  5. Radar shows rain for the next 90 mins then dry for the rest of the day. Edit. Rain should clear by 2.30 then dry. Leaving at 4 pm should be on if that track has held up.
  6. No suprise. The weather radar gives this meeting no chance at the time it was due to go ahead. Saves people making the trip from Lynn. Have to applaud the BV promotion for making a sensible call.
  7. No reason why tomorrow wont go ahead. The rain is clearing in the early afternoon to leave a dry evening. Nice natural watering. Lokking forward to this. Should be a belter.
  8. His pl scores are meaningless. It was he does in the el that counts. And so far he has been banging in good scores alongside Ellis. There is no one available to replace him that would have his scoring potential. As for Bjarne, there are bound to be meetings where he will be unavailable. The problem with bringing in riders who already have their calendar partially full.
  9. If Kyle is taking his place that is great news. He is irreplaceable at the moment. Reckon its going to be a right royal rumble with some good racing and controversy. Hope that theres a good sized crowd to witness it. Hoping the rain predicted knocks out the Karlsson Corridor.
  10. Coming up for this and luckily the rain is due to push through at lunchtime to leave a sunny afternoon and dry evening. Still waiting on news about Newman but probably not good. Fingers crossed though.
  11. Just seen the latest forecast from the bbc and the rain is coming through at exactly the wrong time. A delayed start might save the day? Fans might have to hang around for a couple of hours in the stadium?
  12. Certainly don't see Kildemand as World Champ this year. Had a very good night tonight but he makes bad calls at times and tends to get injured a little too often. I know I am being a bit risky in saying this but on tonights showning the time might finally be up for Greg. Thought the studio chat was good but needed a third person to vary the conversation. As others have said though, miles ahead of the days of Keith I know nothing about speedway Heuwen.
  13. A decent start to the series if very low key. The crowd were placid to say the least. Thought the track was smooth but too dry. Not a lot to offer out wide. From a Poole point of view good to see Holder back on the rostrum. Should have kept second but was looking to make a pass and nothing out there.
  14. The hd feed on youtube is fine. About one minute ahead of the bt feed I am watching. BT will no doubt be unhappy the feed is available in the UK
  15. The live youtube feed is not blocked in the UK. Just tried it and no problems.
  16. BT 1 hd. Perfect HD picture. The girl presenter seems quite sure and confident. Poor crowd here by the look of it.
  17. Just watched a live interview from the track on Polish channel canal Sport in the half time premier football break. Weather is perfect. Fluffy clouds and blue sky.
  18. I came on this theead hoping to buy a ticket and get a buxon girl. I'll get me coat.
  19. If he was a Joe Bloggs then fair enough. I struggle to understand why you think it acceptable that he as British World Champion is snubbing the British Public? If he was tired, then give up Sweden for gods sake!
