mThis principle doesnt work because he is not a bus driver or table clearer at McDonalds. He is a sportsman with fans. There are other responsibilities to take into consideraton. -

Why not? Its not having a go at him its making it known that snubbing EL is not the way a British WC should act -

Agree. Some of you seem to fail to grasp that Woffinden is a sportsmen, therefore the normal rules of providing for your family do not apply the same way. If he was a builder it would be different. But he is not. He has fans and is World Champion. Young riders or kids should be looking up to him and wanting to be like Tai. Except they dont see him because he has snubbed these fans by not riding here. Someone wrote earlier that team GB should drop him. I could quite happily go along with that. Rather have a rider who competes in the UK riding in the SWC than a rider who wouldnt even ride in the British Final. Rugby do that. If you play in France you dont play for England. -

Could Woffy Be Making An El Return?

Well there we have it. He just doesnt want to ride here, the country of his birth, the country where he learnt his skill, the country where his main fan base was. If The BSPA and Sky put together a package and this was snubbed, and BT wanted him to promote the GP series as British World Champion, and this was snubbed, shat respect does he actually have for British fans? I shall be at Cardiff letting him know. If he does an autograph session in the street he will certain hear my views on his snub of British fans. He probably doesnt give a toss to be honest. A real shame because he could have gone down as a household name and speedway legend. Now many will view him with a slight distain. A real shame after all the charity work he has done and the British following he was gaining. So Doyle, Harris, Holder and Zagar manage to do all leagues. Not British. Bjarne, MadsK, Buck, Lindgren, Fiske plus others all do three leagues. Harris manages it and is a Brit. Shame on Woffinden for not dropping Sweden for his own countries fans and league. -

Starman please dont bring your continuous battles with Gavan onto every thread. We get pages of the same old bitching dragging every thread down. Be better if you bitched at each other elsewhere. -
However if you logon to Youtube from a proxy ip address you could get around the country blockage.

So after the rainoff at Kings Lynn Poole move on to Monmore Green on Monday to take on the Wolves who have started the season on the front foot. They could well be dark horses this season and it will take a monumental effort from any team this season to come away from with any points here. Poole hope to welcome back Kyle Newman after a spell in hospital with a groin injury. We will have to wait and find out if he is well enough over the weekend. The Poole lineup has now changed and also the riding order. With Ellis up in the team Newman is now joined by Brady Kurtz. I am unsure whether Kurtz has ever ridden Monmore or not. Perhaps a Wolves fan will know. A very tough and exciting encounter. I shall be there weather permitting. Forecast is for rain in tnhe morning to leave a dry afternoon and evening. This will proabably change. With Kurtz and Buckowski likely to struggle here, and it far from being Holders favourite track, I am looking to a score of 48-42 Or close to it. Thoughts?

Well done to Nigel Pearson on speaking up on what many fans are thinking. Yes he still has a majority of fans and apologists excusing his snub of Britain, but many are cheesed off and Pearson also Has picked up on this. -
I personally think Matt Ford is too "hands on" with his business and needs more staff who have expertise in certain areas. Loads of missed opportunities to increase the revenue stream. Online shop? Nope. Why not? Rather than have a simple online shop which could be setup in a day, the shop opens on a morning before Christmas to buy a present! Much stronger online presence. Social media improvements.
