It took ten years to get speedway back on Teeside when CVS was much younger and the sport was in a better state (or by comparison to today). Yea quite possibly. If you needed someone who could dodge everything and still come out a winner, Les Kellett fits the bill but both are probably off the radar for the BSPL.
