I’d personally love to see him at Foxhall and try to get to grips with the track by riding it regularly. He’s such a class rider I’m sure it wouldn’t take him too long to start scoring heavily.

It is all a bit weird isn’t it. He’s been praising us for a while and to turn up last night was a surprise. We don’t know what they have in store for next year yet but in any scenario, I don’t think Bewley would fit with his average. Same for Emil.

I think they’ll go with Doyle and Brennan because even if the starting team average stays the same, we’ll have to shave off a chunk. If it’s a lower limit, it’ll have to be an even bigger chunk.

Going to be an interesting winter to see what they’ve got in store for next year.

I guess you along with myself must be imagining it.

17 race retirements this season, 12 for Leicester (more than everybody else that rode for Leicester combined) and 5 for Berwick. Based on 4 programmed rides that's 3 complete meetings he just couldn't be bothered to finish.

If you've not fallen off and your bike is still under any kind of power there is no excuse for not finishing races.

There is a very simple way to stop riders just giving up at the back. Make the scoring 4,3,2,1 for those who finish the race and 0 for those who don't finish for whatever reason.

Shouldn't need to adjust the whole sport to cater for quitters though 🤷‍♂️

That is due to the current deal between TNT ( That was given to them as part of the Eurosport closure ) and British speedway expiring at the end of this month.

TNT I understand are keen to return if there is a Premiership/ Superleague but Speedway future ventures will be putting it out to Tender let’s hope that DAZN don’t get it though .

Both Emil and Jason are to my mind BUT at 40 and late thirties they can’t go on forever!!

Drew Kemp is an absolute waste of space. 
 

He has history of packing up at the back all the time and throwing his toys out of the pram. 
 

i remember there was some knob on here before who boasted about how much money he invested in Kemp. Where is he now to defend such pathetic behaviour?

The sport is full of young lads thinking they are the dogs bollocks with their big vans etc but make wallys of themselves on live tv with such weak mentality. 
 

he comes across as dull as ditch water in interviews as well. 
 

fans pay their money to watch 15 heats of 4 riders trying their best and when you see repeat offenders like him taking the p""s then it needs calling out.

They had better get the track sorted so you can pass on the outside then....

Dan will end up paying to get back in on some nights....

It would be a good move for him though, as it would definitely sharpen up his gating as you cannot be fourth into turn one at Foxhall and keep expecting to win like he does at the NSS...

And he also can sometimes get passed on the inside at GP level, given he tends to ride mid track and wider, especially on the tighter tracks, so having to ride the white line more at Foxhall will also help his overall riding level grow...

I saw that he was there on Thursday, Abi posted a photo with him, and a few others in the pits before the meeting started, then Bewley posted a Instagram story during the meeting sitting at the back of the stand and tagged Foxhall stadium. He has always been complimentary of Ipswich and liked Chris a lot. He also spoke in an interview of how he always knows Ipswich has big crowds and likes the fans, topped with how nice he is as a  guy I think everyone would welcome him!  Emil’s work Visa runs out now as it’s been three years, they can renew it for about few thousand pounds obviously if they wanted. Emil hasn’t got SGP again so would be available but for me the most telling sign was that he posted about how he is happy because Chris Louis is smiling and that he could be the one to make him happy, chapter closed?

Lastly, Dan does go down to ride Jake Nicholls MotoX track at Guys house often, my mates are into MotoX and have seen him there quite often, he rode MotoX on Thursday so wouldn’t be surprised if he did that with Jake and then said he would come watch the match.

Speaking as a neutral with a somewhat 'helicopter view' of the sport (tho I cheered out loud when Dan won SGP rounds & GB won the SONs), I'm pleased for Chris Louis & all at Ipswich.  They obv did a lot of promotion down Foxhall way going by the huge crowd, hearing rock music played on the PA (did anyone else notice Rock & Roll All Nite by Kiss ?)+ the flame pots on the centre green, the meeting looked an occasion where one would say "I wish I'da bin there".  That's how it's done, good stuff....

I’m not sure the work visa would be the issue as far as Emil is concerned.

I think it’s more to do with if Emil wants to do it again and/or Torun position on it.
