If the powers that be cannot get the meeting done and dusted by 5pm at the very latest, then they need a good old kick up the jacksy. I'd even go as far as to say that heat one starts at 2pm, no delays because theres a queue, if you can't get there on time, tough. The only thing to change that would be a major RTA etc in the area.
