I really don't see what the problem is - in the list of British speedway's problems, this must be rate in the bottom half a percent. Most people that are late to Football matches is because they leave the pub with just five minutes to KO!! Agree its really scraping the barrel of finding something to moan about - I think every speedway match i have attended has had a parade of the riders first unless the prospect of rain has mean't it's been cancelled. Nowadays football matches often end until just before 5pm - in the old days they were done and dusted by 4.45 with perhaps no more than 1-2 minutes extra. There were quite a few Leicester fans there but we were pleased to see a large Northampton support. The noise and enthusiasm of the home fans on gaining their first win was impressive and infectious! We were very impressed with the facilities and the general organisation at the stadium. After many years in the Speedway wilderness, I have finally found a local team that I can support.
