Lots of questions going into this. Can Dan Thompson re find his early season form, Will Edward’s best his opposite number & can Brennan find some consistency. The Witches should pick up the bonus point but at the moment seem to have found some inconsistency & are certainly making hard work of things at time. For Leicester the big question is how will Becker far. Should be a good match fingers crossed the Witches find their early season form. -

Where about on the Plymouth Website. Does it list the teams. Have been on. And shows the line ups from the postponed meeting on 7th June. -
Masters, Knudsen, Hagon and Killeen (sometimes) can ride Ashfield well and McDiarmid should enjoy it. Should be a close match, Glasgow vs Oxford has always been a cracker on BSN.

Looking forward to watching it on BSN

So confirmed now the Gladiators side: 1. Zaine Kennedy (G) 2. Rider Replacement 3. Tobias Thomsen (G) 4. Declan Kennedy (G) 5. Scott Nicholls 6. Alfie Bowtell 7. Kai Ward (G) Fair play to Garry for patching the side up in such short notice. If we didn't have bad luck, there'd be no luck at all! -
It'll be interesting to see how Hagon goes as he generally does well at Ashfield. Our reserves may have a tough time but our 1-5 should score heavily. Would expect to break the 50 barrier tonight.

Looks like he is fit to ride. Oxford need Killeen to have best ever meeting if they are going to get a win.

They are actually "piloted" by a guy and his assistant from the infield 🤦♂️. Clueless
-
Should be a fairly comfortable win for Tigers but Killeen , Masters , Knudsen and McDiarmid could score ok. Also can Worky ride their next away fixture (2026) against Edinburgh at Glasgow please.
-
Just to clarify it was a very well attended meeting, for anyone who didn’t attend and just guessing.

I wish got to have day off ffs -
Seems like Cheetahs are leaguewise at the last chance saloon, so it's now or never for them. Redcar have pretty comfortable run in to end the league. Killeen did injure his wrist last time out with the Spires, so might still be a niggle. On balance it's got to be 3pts to the Tigers, surely.

ACU PRESS RELEASE: Leicester, UK – The 2025 ACU British Flat Track Championship reaches its thrilling conclusion on Saturday 16th August at Leicester Speedway, with practice and racing set to kick off from 12:00pm. Spectators can enjoy the action free of charge. Rider entries have already hit record levels, promising a day of fiercely contested racing as competitors battle for the honour of being crowned 2025 ACU British Champion in their respective classes. In the premier Pro Class, the title race is wide open, with four riders still in contention and the top three separated by just three points. Current leader Tim Neave will be aiming to draw on his FIM World Championship experience to defend his position after an impressive double win last time out at Workington. Hot on his heels, just one point behind, is early series leader Jack Bell, who will be looking to make a statement on his debut ride aboard his new Triumph 450. Only two points further back is Gary Birtwistle on his Royal Enfield, whose consistency throughout the season could see him leapfrog the leaders with a strong performance. History will also be made this weekend as the first-ever ACU Ladies British Flat Track Champion is crowned. Skye Adams has been unbeatable this year with four consecutive race wins, but Jamie Kimber will be challenging her for the race wins this weekend. The Youth Classes promise equally fierce competition. Current Inter’s series leader Cody Asher will look to secure the championship, but faces a strong challenge from Leon Bennett, who has taken victory in the last three rounds. In the Junior Class, the Hewson brothers, Freddy & Leon, and Reuben Hall are set to push the pace at the front. In addition, five other hotly contested categories will take to the track – Vintage, Twins, Pitbike, Mini-Stock, and Motocross – guaranteeing a full day of racing action. Join us for an action-packed, adrenaline-fuelled day of racing and help cheer on the riders as they battle for ACU British Championship glory – all with free admission.
