  1. Past hour
  2. Interesting if it happens, always does an impressive ride when I've seen him race. Thought he would win Heat1 last night and yep blitzed it. Meh average after that must have been the track.
  3. Yes Nagel is the difference between Glasgow cleaning up everything or winning nothing. He is a serious talent, and have the same effect Tarasenko had for Glasgow a couple of seasons ago. The forecast is dodgy in the extreme for Glasgow tomorrow and I would imagine the Glasgow promotion are itching to press the ‘meeting off button’, knowing full well they will be dominant with Nagel back when it’s run. The travelling Poole fans are either very brave and determined or foolhardy! But due to the Glasgow promotions insistence of not providing any other way of watching the match, they are left with no alternative. Well done to them.
  4. Kevin and Jan are going up. Doing Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Hope weather holds off .Meeting could go either way. Hope all riders stay safe.☠️
  5. That would explain his scores keeping average down lol
  6. Why would he need to overtake, he's pretty much the best gater in the world at present.
  7. Ouch….That rules you out of any guest bookings for the play offs then! Hope you are on the mend soon.
  8. Today
  9. Weather set to be fine & sunny should be a cracker 😜
  10. Please can everyone interested in this please review the provided information provided by @frigboand contribute a comment promptly, as there is a limited timeframe to address the prevailing misinformation campaign surrounding this application.
  11. Zach Cook would do me....also we dont know the make up of next season yet
  12. an awful lot of unnecessary pant wetting about this result it meant virtually nothing for ipswich and im expecting much different performances from them next week
  13. the title this year really is anybodies difficult to pick a winner or name a favourite

  16. According to 360Speedway Nagel is on borrowed kit as well.
  17. Nagel definitely the key at Ashfield.Poole will be happy he is not there.IMO
  18. Well now the season has come to an end I thought I’d offer my thoughts on each riders season to try restart this thread! Steve Worrall - it’s been a tough season for Steve who is certainly isn’t a number 1 anymore. He is on a nice average for next year but If the rumours are correct that he has retired it will be a shame but not surprising. Jake Allen - another tough year for Jake, some nights looks like he’s got bags of speed, other nights looks like he’s on a tractor. Ideally you would only want Jake as a third heat leader. On an average of 6.53 I’m on the fence as to whether he should return. Connor Mountain - one of few riders that has a decent enough season. A solid and dependable rider who I would expect to be back next year. Only thing I would say his average just over 6 is a little heigh for my liking. Zaine Kennedy - Zaine has progressed nicely this year and deffo has potential to grow into a heat leader. On an average just over 5 I would say he needs to snapped up for next year before someone else does. Luke Harrison - a talented young lad who has maintained a decent average riding in the main body of the team for large parts of the year. Would deffo want Luke back next year but looking at this Facebook page he may well be off elsewhere, maybe this is a negotiation tactic - I’m not sure?!! Declan Kennedy - very much had a season of 2 halves. Started well at reserve but understandably struggled when riding at number 3. If he could be slotted in at reserve next year would be an ok signing in my opinion. Simon Lambert - well, where do I start! A pretty poor first 2/3 of the season although he did pick up some form later in the season. His average has plummeted to 4.64 but I think really Rob needs to put a line in the sand and let Simon go for next season. Potential signings - well the obvious requirement is a genuine number 1 however this is easier said than done! I’m struggling to see a number 1 in the league that might be tempted to the EWR. Scunthorpe certainly have a type of rider they go for so having said that here are a few people that might come and would be decent enough signings IMO - MPT (cheap average) Nick Morris (former scorpion on a cheap average) Dan Gilkes (providing injury is ok) Anders Rowe (may be a victim of the numbers at Poole) Anti Vuolas (seems to love the place but think a few clubs will want him). As a I said just my thoughts.
  19. I take my hat off to any Pirates fans who are off to Glasgow on the off chance of it going ahead. My weather app shows a pretty dodgy forecast at the moment. Is Nagel really that key? (I haven't had a chance to see him race) if so just as well he's got other priorities. Mind now Anders has his gating gloves back Poole will be stronger.
  20. Being measured up for a Poole race suit as we speak
  21. Monday’s teams Indianerna v Vastervik- live on Premier Sports 1 Indianerna 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Vastervik 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
  22. is a long way on coach it was a flix bus, seats quite comfortable, more comfy than a plane, Manchester to Victoria not bad, 1.5 hrs wait then Victoria to dover, your off coach for 2hrs, long one was Calais to berlin, but did stop to pick other people up and drop off, a couple of times, so you could jump off for 2 mins stretch your legs, changed coaches at berlin with 1.5 hrs wait for next bus to Poznan, lets say its better than going to work,,😁, cost £115, going £94. back.
