They used his latest Rzeszów average at the time from poland league 2 of 1.919 per race (x4 = 7.676) Falls into the 6.00 bracket: "Polish league 1 (Metalkas 2) with a published average of 6.00 or above" Kvech in 2024 for Lynn wasnt a GP 8 even though he was in the series. First GP year so they used his polish league conversion in same way  By the 2026 rules hes a 4.50 but its still a guess till they publish 2027 rule book

His last official average is irrelevant. Long since expired.  Being a GP rider is also irrelevant bizarrely as per the current regulations.    “Subject to BSPL approval”  Have to wait and see.
