I don't think he should be oestracized. If he does the time, learns from his previous mistakes and is a better rider moving forward. Worse have come back and if the rider wins a few races (in my experience) it is soon forgotten. -

Only Nick know's why he refused the tests, yes it would appear that there was some guilt involved but people with little knowledge often come to incorrect conclusions about the character of individuals. What I will say is 'if he's as bad as some on here think, why would promoters already be making enquiries as to his availability'?
