I'm in two minds about a scenario like Glasgow had today, I want to see a totally fair meeting with racers being able to give 100%, if they couldn't then I'd rather go again ......6 points
-
Poole want to ride, glasgow want it off. Homer ref backs home side. Poole riders and management very angry. Lawson totally pi55ed.6 points

Not just promoters. I used to think Jason garrity was a myth until I saw him on the telly!!6 points

In addition you can't have a two legged tie where one team has more heats at home than the other.....for me meetings have to go the distance over two legs, same principle as removing tac subs in such matches.5 points
-
When it suits Poole you mean… 100% guarantee that if it was Ht10 and Poole were only down a couple of points you all would be on here telling us it was unsafe and the right decision5 points
-
The real annoyance was . You couldn't see out the hospitality cabin windows because of the rain ,so I braved the elements and went outside to wipe them . Then they called the meeting off5 points
-
I'm in the hospitality cabin and got all this beer to drink and no racing to watch , scandalous5 points

Planes landing all day n night fine, 4 bikes for 90 minutes once a week no that's just too much. Good old council logic5 points

Probably to get it wet.4 points

It was Wozniak going out of shape that started that whole thing. Fair call4 points
-
How zmarzlik goes into a corner that fast and tight and still manages to turn is amazing, such talent on a bike4 points

The referee abandons a meeting, not the home promotion.4 points

What an absolute joke this sport is! The rain was due, firstly why weren’t the all riders at the start at 6pm? That stinks to end the meeting that way. Starke went in far too hot and came off.4 points
-
BV definitely do not have any luck going into the playoffs. Someone always seems to pick up an injury. Best wishes to Max for a full recovery.4 points
-
Absolutely no truth in this at all. We at BSN work around the clubs and have zero influence on start times. Regards, Ben Duffill.3 points

The irony of Poole fans talking about how to prepare a track. Didn’t Wimborne Road double up as a golf course with the amount of holes that used to be in it?3 points
-
That would explain why he rarely scores any points. Rather than be taking photos of the track, He should be concentrating on trying to catch the riders in front of him, who appear to be well out of site in this photo.3 points
-
Personally think I would drown myself. Leave him to try and open the can of beans.3 points

Could have used hot air from fords mouth3 points

Genuine question as I am not there or seen any BSN coverage .. 7 Poole riders and management want it to continue… 6 Glasgow riders and management want it off. So because Glasgow get the verdict it is a pathetic decision say the Poole fans… What if it was other way around and Glasgow wanted to continue and Poole wanted it off and it was called off .. Would Poole fans still be saying it was the wrong decision ?3 points
-
Has he been posting the score? Lol I don’t see his posts!3 points

After heat 5 finished the two minutes should have been on right away , but no we faff about waiting on the rain to go off by which time the track is unraceable. Think we were terrified of only being maybe 4 ahead by heat 103 points
-
Poole have it their own way for 20+ years and then spit their dummy out when it goes against them ONCE. Wow.3 points
-
Pro rata that at 1 point per heat advantage to Glasgow. Thay take a 15 point lead to Poole Fairest way no one can complain at that3 points

All of these are very painful injuries, especially the sternum. Poor Max, great guy..... best wishes from your Edinburgh fans Max, take care lad and don’t rush the healing process3 points

Until there is an official statement I’m still holding on to the smallest bit of hope.3 points

don’t think you get tack subs in play offs3 points

At least we know where he is now.!3 points

Local Glasgow holiday he could have been up the savoy chasing his Nat. But no the weirdo wanted to take photos of a wet track, today’s youth not in my day.2 points
-
They gave the track a light watering 1/2 hour before start,it was dry as bone after Ht1.It was not heavy rain but the track was that slick the riders wanted it roughed up on the inside line. The track looked good .But there was definitely “politics “ involved in the decision from “BOTH” teams.Fans made to suffer again, certainly not encouraging for any new fans to come back. PS There wasn’t any surface water on the track.2 points
-
Poole only wanted to carry on until heat 10 then call it off2 points
-
Enjoyed that meeting, it had a bit of everything. Thanks to both sets of riders for putting on a good show and how every club in the U.K. would like a crowd that attended its final meeting. Thanks to all involved including the fans who gave it such a great atmosphere.2 points

Tom Brennan is riding in the European U23 Final on Sunday, so draw your own conclusion.2 points

Lublin need a 5-1 in heat 14.2 points

But there was nothing wrong with the initial running. Awful decision. Ref was pandering to the Glasgow managements whims.2 points
-
Exactly, restaging date? Or are Glasgow too scared?2 points
-
It's not even raining. This is all because Broc didn't fancy it and Starke thought he was Basso on a baking track in mid June. I suspect mixed in with a bit of home team not wanting to give away home track advantage, but the referee should see through that. Can't blame teams from trying it on when refs are gullible.2 points
-
If that’s the criteria then there would be another 30 abandonments per season.2 points
-
Pussy cats not fancy it in the rain. Was always going to happen always get what they want.2 points

Jordan Jenkins has won the National Development League Riders Championship this afternoon.2 points

iif you are off the bike and gardening on your two feet you are classed as not ready to race. ask ricky wells in 2018 ! semi final . CORRECT decision .2 points
-
He'd been invited to the tapes by the starting marshal. Time had expired. He'd been tapped by the marshal and continued to ignore him. The ref is entitled to exclude him. He wasn't even sitting on his bike at the time. I could see it coming.2 points

I think Glasgow would be mad to “move up”. I just don’t see the benefit.2 points

Your right so no point in Havvy coming.!2 points

Not sure this would be a demise Speedway is no longer like the 70s/80s etc there are more things to do now than back in the day Every week there is something to distract you from speedway, having less speedway could be a good thing as it may then be appreciated more by fans when its offered For me speedway every week for say 5 or 6 months would be an overkill as there are other things i like to do, if there were fewer meetings id attend then do my other interests as there would be more freedom to do them2 points
