We can help you with that Bruno. We currently have 2 apps, one for IOS and one for Fire TV, so there will be a cheap solution for you to get our streams across to your TV from a phone, tablet or laptop. Drop me an email personally at ben@exstreammedia.co.uk and I can go through the different solutions available to you if you like. We are currently exploring ways to expand our app options for 2023, but as always, affordability is the big barrier we face due to the sheer cost these apps have to develop, which start in the thousands! Please be assured that we are constantly exploring ways to improve our service and to make it easier to access for everyone. Thanks everybody for your kind comments and for your support of BSN. We’re incredibly grateful! Ben Duffill8 points

Whilst we have this thread going. Can I just say a huge Thank You to BSN for their coverage this year. Excellent job and much appreciated6 points

Is this the first round of the 2023 competition? Good thinking BSPL, getting ahead of themselves to save fixture congestion for next year!5 points

Lewis has been quality since he signed for us Always gives 100%. Glad to see it after the nasty injuries he’s had in the past. I think the lad deserves a bit of good luck4 points

I,d have him back in a heartbeat, out and out racer who gives 100% and his time at Sheffield seems to have worked wonders.3 points

A home promotion needs to offer either a winning side or an entertaining racetrack (ideally both!) If it's neither that's a slippery old slope. The club needs to have a long hard look at itself over the winter and decide what it wants to be.3 points

Round 5 at Leicester on 25 October! https://britishspeedway.co.uk/calendar/2022-fixtures-results/3 points

Good evening. I’m very sorry to hear you have had trouble getting in touch with us. Could you let me know what email address you are using to contact us as I can’t see an email from anyone relating to this. Could you please email us at support@exstreammedia.co.uk and we will sort this for you. Accepting a reduced rate for a month doesn’t cancel a subscription, it’s an incentive to stay with us. So you would have to cancel after accepting that if you still wished to end your subscription. There will be no issue refunding your last payment if you have no intention of watching the final, so we will happily sort that for you. Regards, Ben Duffill (BSN)3 points

They are number 1 and 5 for Wolves in the Prem, so seems ridiculous to me to have them as top 2 in a Champ team as well!! Surely Champ should be in-between Prem and NL, but it seems to be really close to the Prem and far away from NL. No wonder NL riders find it difficult to move up successfully.3 points

Leicester fans will turn up to maybe watch there riders ride for another team. Try explaining that. 7 months to get 6 meetings done on top of league meetings taking place after the play offs are finished. Don't normally do negative but this is a special type of incompetence2 points
-
Because Leicester are not in the prem this season Leicester wont have two riders riding in it To be honest the sport is so far adrift of professionalism i shouldn't contribute or say anything when something like this happens2 points

Yes of course. Living 3 minutes away I should have realised!!!2 points

'Dean Court' please? I refuse to call it the 'V' word!!2 points

It has to be remembered that Covid did not stop older riders from retiring but did significantly slow down the careers of junior riders. This has seen those in the NDL find moving up into the CL harder and also seen a massive reduction in those in 125cc, 250cc and 500cc under 16 series. It will take about five years for the situation to correct itself and we all know how good the BSPL are with five year plans and keeping to them!2 points

Vissing was great at #3 in 2019. I'd happily take him back too. He can moan all he likes in the pits... I don't stand there!2 points

Total farce of a sport Every year they deliver it worse The most successful season the powers that be had running the sport was the year covid put a stop to it2 points

Personally I think Scott still has something to offer and is on a low average so worth a risk in my view.2 points

I'm not that tech savvy but the main advantage of BSN over some of the club streams for me is that it gives me the option to Chromecast to my TV. When we bought our TV a good few years ago it was all a bit of a minefield as smart TV'S varied considerably as to how smart they were and I didn't want to spend a fortune so the salesman recommended buying a Google Chromecast which at the time was about £30 but I think you can get them cheaper now. It's been worth every penny and so easy to use. I just start the stream on my phone and click on the 'cast' icon and the Chromecast which is plugged into the back of the TV takes over the stream and it's just the same as watching a TV broadcast. I don't even need to touch the telly, it instantly comes on the screen as soon as the cast option is selected. My wife won a Firestick which I believe is similar but I can't get on with that! Chromecast is simplicity itself though. I'm sure you can cast from a laptop too although I haven't got one so never tried. I can only echo what others have said in praising BSN though. I can't justify a full subscription as I can rarely watch the live events but I quite often buy to watch on catch-up which is cheaper and the odd weekend live fixture if I'm home.1 point

Strongly believe we will be back at the Dale next season, let’s hope there an announcement soon. With regards to team building… no matter what average Sam is on, he must be the first name in the 1-7. He loves the club and his average is that high for a reason, we’re lucky to have him. Cookie was close to returning this season so we may see him next year, it was certainly good to see him smiling on Saturday. Josh has signed elsewhere from what I’ve heard. If the points limit is lowered then I don’t think we will see both Lasse and Jacob back, both improved over the season so would be hard to pick between them. I’d have Paco back in a heartbeat, he’s an entertainer and gets people through the gate. He’s beat some top riders around Armadale this season and very good value on a 4.93. I agree with you on Lee Complin, another entertainer and always gives 100%. Put in some big scores towards the end of the season and capable of passing at most tracks. If we’re working towards 38 points I’d be looking for something like: Sam, Cookie, Paco, Heeps, Jacob/Lasse, Complin and a 2 pointer.1 point

But surely the NL would have to 'fix their issues' too? Because the gap is still too big. At the end of the day 'us and them' won't work, everyone needs to work together but promoters haven't done that for years if ever so don't expect compromise any time soon.1 point

CVS would never do that.He said a few years ago at a talk in If I ever have to go round the town with a bucket like they did at Ipswich please shoot me.1 point

Incorrect. We want it to be same level as it's traditionally been. Not watered down because the prems been watered down. They should fix their issues not weaken out league1 point

I know the Stars have never won the top league. Came close in 2018. Can't see that again while Buster has to build 2 teams.1 point

Haha. Although us Southampton fans would probably be happy to give the footie a miss, same with Leicester footie fans too I think (if theirs clashed)1 point

Bournemouth Vs Southampton in football. Crowd would be down by a third imo. Though weather is way worse on Weds than Friday anyway!1 point

But Sam has been with Edinburgh since about 2014 and has just got better each season. I think some supporters may even have paid his transfer fee. So why should he have to give that up. Did Carl Stonehewer not ride in the GPs while he was with Workington? And Jack Young won the World Championship while an Edinburgh rider in Division 2. And Ivan Mauger was way too good for the Provincial League in the early sixties. But they all put bums on seats and opposition supporters were desperate to see their guys come out on top against them. Edinburgh own the contracts for Sam and Josh Pickering so they shouldn't be deprived of watching them. (Though if they can't get a venue sorted out soon that's what will happen.) If the likes of Edinburgh are prepared to build a team within the points limit that still fits in the likes of Sam and Josh why should it matter to anyone else?1 point

Your not going to get doubling up-down banned, those that are here now won’t cut their earnings in half and still continue to ride. So you won’t get guests banned either as there aren’t any replacements of the same calibre just waiting in the pits. As there may be less clubs next year that will only exasperate the problem as less meeting means less wages and possibly some ‘imports’ thinking twice about coming over perhaps ? Look at your Bears team this year, how many doubling up? and a couple trebling up ! Now how many times did you use guests ? You can have a number eight if you want one , but he/she won’t get used , they never are, look at the Premiere leagues no.8 rule this year, didn’t work, they even brought guests in and kept the no.8 the same ! Lets hope they come up with something though.1 point

Reducing the points average would be a joke. Want good standard of rider in the second tier.1 point

Would definitely have him back it’s just difficult to keep him on his average. I agree he could likely put another point on next season. But and overseas rider on a 5 or a claus vlissgen on a 5 may prove more appealing.1 point

Doesn't help that at least one Prem No1 is riding in the Champ! They really need to put a cap on who is too good to ride in this league.1 point

I've nothing against Cami but i'm just tired of Cook's antics now, the team don't seem particularly stronger or weaker if he's there anymore. Richard Lawson came in for him once and nobody missed him and it was like a dark cloud had lifted. Ulrich used to be really enthusiastic in the pits during meetings but Cook would often skulk around being the arbiter of doom and gloom which often affected the rest of the team (imo). I'd rather see Josh Pickering riding for Glasgow in place of Cookie next season as he's probably looking for a new home and he's a lot more upbeat as well as being more exciting on the track. *incidentally, if Edinburgh don't run next season i think Jacob Hook would also be a great signing on a 4-point average as he has been getting better and better all season and last night was always in or around the action against top opposition. An ideal replacement for Danyon but on a much lower average. <edit> *assuming Glasgow remain in the Championship1 point

Thanks for that he loves the place . we are trying hard to guide him in the right direction1 point

He wasn't stopped from riding at all he has been competing on the 250cc all summer in Europe and doing mdsl and Pjl on the 500. Only decision made was not to allow him to ride at NDL level until the European stuff was out of the way. He had one none riding appearance at no8 for Bellevue and turned down several other offers of guest or no8 bookings due to being to close to his other commitments. Also please remember he and a couple of others are replacing injured riders not taking someone else's spot.1 point

As a family we chose not to let Luke get an average and certainly wouldn't of been swayed by any club dictating about the volume of meetings he would or wouldn't compete in . Our decisions are based on his development1 point
