You do know you the best riders in the league will be on display and there are 40% more heats than a regular meeting. Worth at least a few quid more surely?5 points

Going into next season maybe the fixtures should be home one week and away the next, like football. That way at least you know your gonna see 2 meetings a month, and don't avoid foreign rounds of various Mickey mouse FIM meetings just draft a guest in, that way you still keep the 1 home meeting every 2 weeks3 points

Maybe teams should've run during the lovely summer instead of having such a disjointed fixture list.3 points

Worky riders letting themselves, the club and the fans down. No desire on display from either rider. Would have rather watched Tate and Vinny.2 points

I was going to get down to Dorset for this but since there has been showers over the last few days I fear the dust might be a little to damp for me, after being used to warm dry dust over the last couple of months cold damp dust is not for me.2 points

You do know it's on the worse race track in the league. And the team you support is only on track 4 to 6 times2 points

Itβs been done to death on Speedways Forums what they have got wrong ,but the β boys clubβ just ignore.2 points

Would be nice to know, even provisional dates, so people can put plans in place but that would be a considerate thing to do!2 points

Brilliant from Oxford, thoroughly deserved winners turned the favourites over on there own track as well,I hope there will be no sour grapes about the track as they all had to ride it and I mean every team , Oxford were just to good also congratulations to Berwick not many would have had them in the top 21 point

Not surprisingly, next week's TV match will be Smederna v Dackarna.1 point

Forecast is good. Dry overcast day so better for track prep. Letβs hope the racing is as good as last week.1 point

As it's a shared event probably put price up due to this, but imo it's only a few pounds more, but could put people off buying the stream, and it looks like Poole trying to cash in, when they are probably not1 point

Back in the day, track staff would know they were needed every Friday, maybe plan holidays around away matches or world finals if they were very keen not to miss a match. Nowadays, they may have other things to do on a Friday, but keep the calender clear on the rare occasions their club has a home match? I can understand, not wanting to keep every Friday clear when clubs maybe race twice a month on average, that could go for fans too?1 point

Daylight robbery, how do they justify putting their price up? Is there any extra production costs. Surely they would sell more streams than normal given it's a shared event and midweek. By comparison the SGP Challenge only cost me Β£8.79, almost half the price1 point

Similar story at Lynn when they have stocks/bangers. Peraonally I don't get it, oval car racing is gash IMO but they must do something right to get big crowds.1 point

No assumption. If it was a rumour i would have said so- that is the date for the GP !!! WBD wanted out of the contract- nothing to do with Warsaw. They just missed a year to hold a GP much the same as Wroclaw did in 2023 to hold the SWC- no GP there that season.1 point

It was a brilliant event which included a lot of decent racing, fair amount of it fore the minor places but still good racing. Everyone who was there enjoyed it.1 point

That's probably the best way, ride on a Tuesday but not at the weekend think most Berwick supporters would agree1 point

Some fans will not admit it but Eastbourne struggled to average an attendance of 1,000 for a very long time. NDL was way below that and in the final season a 1,000 crowd was the best for the opening meeting. After that crowds visibly and worryingly diminished. A new promoter will need a big pot of money to pay initial rent, riders, air fence and all the rest of it. They would need to embark on a massive PR and marketing campaign. To do it properly is a must and thatβs expensive. This will be controversial but changing the club name might help. Itβs called Eastbourne Eagles - the track is miles away from the resortβs pier. Call it Sussex xxxx and personally I think the name Eagles is rather last century. Clean slate needed, in my view.1 point

That's the assumption based on the cryptic trailer, but do we have any other evidence of that? WB didn't want it anymore so clearly if it runs Richard Coleman wants to keep the temporary tracks. What I would like to see is for Mayfield to come out and say that Cardiff will be back next year and to make it clear to people they need to use it and if people don't turn out it will dropped, give people a chance again with Richard Coleman at the helm.1 point

What a ridiculous thought!!! The most baffling thing is meetings don't get run during those best months for decent weather... I can only presume, down to "rider availability"... Yet Guestfest after Guestfest will take place at the start and end of the season, when the weather is generally not great for watching Speedway... Due to "rider availability".. Work that one out?! If Guestfest after Guestfest is (as it clearly must be), their only way of running Speedway in the UK, then at least do it in the best weather to get the crowds to attend!!!1 point

For anyone that has a spare 1 hour. This is a great watch. Some great interviews and insights1 point

In the company that team GB are riding it is unfair to criticise the riders. Yes they could have pulled a few different moves to gain points but they are riding the machines not us punters. I am not disappointed with the performance and Robert has shown that we can produce top quality riders. Special mention to Leon Flint who has put his heart and soul into the meeting. Overall a good contest and the guys have not let team GB down. Perhaps Scott should be the next manager of team GB.1 point
