Massive generisation there. Maybe heats 13 and 15 and the other ones where 1&5 meet might be better with some higher quality riders? I don't think there is going to be a massive influx of GP riders but we might find half a dozen or so from the Extraliga and some Danes from the 1st division want to do the UK in addition to their other leagues and that can only be good, as long as clubs don't pay over the odds of course. The strength of the two leagues need to be further apart.

Do Lynn do season tickets nowadays? I'd heard they don't. Agree though the meeting must be run.

Indeed he did, for Newcastle. Some time ago and he's obviously a completely different rider now. That said having not been there for five years isn't going to have things his own way at Owlerton in the final should Sheffield finish the job tomorrow night, that's a long time to have not been to a track and Tigers top four will all fancy beating him. Incidentally I owe @foreverblue an apology, thought Sheffield were in the top flight in 2019 when Robert last rode here but they werent.

Out of interest why does Thursdays not Wednesdays make such a difference to the attendances?

To be fair Doyle is fantastic on the UK tracks if not quite so good in Poland and GP's any more. If we get some big names back next year Robert included it wil be interesting to see who finishes top dog.
