  1. Quite enjoying it so far, there have been a few passes. Lambert has always been good at Peterborough. Impressed with Jenkins so far too. Great ride there from Basso.
  2. Both legs of the final last year were big old crowds, I went to Peterborough and the place was rammed. Two great meetings too. Not sure it's the Play Offs that are the issue, more the four months of dross which precede it.
  3. Nothing to do with Wednesdays and Denmark then? How good the Glasgow promotion an track are probably has something to do with it too, who wouldn't want to ride for them.
  4. Polish type then? Big, flat and slick? If so most of our lads just don't ride enough on that type of circuit, which would probably have been Wozniak and Kubera's argument at Glasgow the other week. Very difficult to rock up somewhere alien and be competitive.
  5. I'm talking about their original 1-7.....if they were lining up with a fully fit and available Kennett, Barker, Andersen, MPT, Gilkes, Bowtell and whichever signing replaced Atkins then it'd be some tie. Morley and and Complin and Coles are replacements for sure, but with all due respect to them not particularly adequate.
  6. Plymouth absolutely decimated by injuries and IMO they have no chance over two legs which is a great pity, would have been a great tie with full strength teams.
  7. Welcome to British Speedway, it has ever been thus unfortunately.
  8. It really doesn't though. Bears should go through looking at their reserves.
  9. You really need to grow up and stop playing games, if you want to actually say what you are alluding to then do it otherwise keep quiet.
  10. So...... Exceptional Panthers performance and Stars complacent? Average fiddling? A stage managed 'happiness is 46-44'? Answers on a postcard.....
  11. For me if you're going to allow RS's to move up into the top five then you have to allow R/R to cover for them if necessary, but I can see the other side of it too.
  12. Far too simiplistic to say that, there is an element of 'poor team building' but Kildemand and Thomas getting injured were blows as was the Iversen situation. I actually think the team looked very good early in the season but too many meetings were lost in the last couple of heats. The team is much better than last year but it hasn't quite clicked at times. Maybe those two guesting yesterday hasn't had a bearing but it looks horrendous and further erodes what credibility is left.
  13. If it was a 'lack of shale' then there must have been umpteen other similar surfaces this season so why did the tyres not disintegrate on those? I know you are desperate to beat your club with every available stick but the logical explanation is that the batch of tyres were particularly crap.
  14. Pickering helping Wolves tonight too now! Very difficult to actually give a monkeys nowadays unfortunately.
  15. Not really Klindt or Sheffield's fault but more the regulations. Daft really.
  16. With a round to come at his home track in Torun. He looked a completely different rider last night to Cardiff and but for a couple of pieces of misfortune could have had better gate choices in the semi and final. Needs three more rounds like that. SWC is at Wroclaw in 2023 I believe, no reason why we can't win it with those three spearheading. Exciting times for GB.
