  1. Have they? I assume you are talking about Nicholls for Pawlicki and as far as I'm aware he's a temporary signing.
  2. Was going to say I don't know where they are if they're absent seeing as they were at Lynn last night and Leicester tomorrow. The four named all absent from the official site video though, perhaps stuck in traffic?
  3. I suspect its not just his decision and the riders will have been spoken to about it and a joint decision made. It surprised me a little but I don't think it's a massive issue really, and MPT is a much better rider than his average anyway IMO.
  4. As a one off price I thought it was a bit steep and as a result didn't purchase it, would have done at ten-twelve quid probably. Would be interesting to see what the viewing figures are. As has been said VFM differs from person to person and I expect BSN's costs have increased, like everything else people have a choice to purchase a product or not and its as simple as that really.
  5. Having an opinion that something is too expensive isn't necessarily moaning though is it? Not sure I'd call it a GP standard field either. Anyway I hope its a good meeting for those who go or buy the stream.
  6. I presume you are talking about social media / elsewhere as I haven't seen anybody getting carried away on here. It was just nice to see Brum being competitive and not getting thrashed as that won't do them or the league any good. Nearly everybody thinks they'll be 7th and I don't think the other night changes that too much
  7. It's great we can have this debate, you can make a strong argument for Glasgow, Scunny and Belle Vue as well as Redcar and Worky in terms of the best track in Britain, we have some great speedway tracks here as well as some ordinary ones and some that could and should be better than they are. It's Belle Vue for me personally but the others mentioned are all extremely good and very close behind.
  8. I mean I wouldn't want to be making the decision as you're never going to please everybody but I'd have thought there are far more variables than just similar forecasts......type of surface, drainage, water table, how much rain there had previously been etc etc. If Oxford was King's Lynn I personally wouldn't have taken the chance last night and would have been happier with an early call off like Leicester but each to their own.
  9. In which case they deserve credit for getting the call right and saving everybody loads of time, effort and money I'd have thought?
  10. Well done Brummies for proving everybody wrong this evening.
  11. First episode of the new unofficial Kings Lynn Stars podcast coming out tomorrow, will post a link on here once it goes live.
  12. That's the beauty of opinions. What I will say is that it looks like the hardest top league to predict for many seasons. And that assuming we are taking the Pawlicki situation at face value they are the one club (like Plymouth in the league below) who could really have done without their number one getting injured pre season.
  13. Definitely tough as they will already have had a home meeting. We always seem to start away from home, would be lovely to have our first match at Lynn one year.
  14. Can't disagree with any of that. Matching bikes definitely look better.
  15. Poland is the place to be though if you want to earn good money and really improve, not sure it's possible to be 'too fixed' on riding there. Any rider with ambition wants/needs to race there.
  16. British speedway isn't going to beat Polish speedway in a battle so probably best to work with them and arrange fixtures accordingly, assuming Poland are willing to compromise and arrange their Thursday fixtures early enough and not change them on a whim.
  17. It would appear not. The hope is always that every team is competitive so people turn up to watch and don't get demoralised but even though Brum have a very good bottom four I fear for them.
  18. I suspect that's probably what's happened, he's got some discomfort so ZG have said no UK before their season starts.
