I think its called living rent free in ones head.

Where elsewhere?

Absolutely, you will always get extremes. Balanced posters are the most preferable.
-
Posters who challenge the status quo and don't toe the club party line are refreshing on here IMO.
-
Worrall is good round most tracks, unfortunately at Premiership level he lacks any kind of consistency.
-
Absolutely agree, the best race tracks still have home advantage. Scunny another good example.
-
Absolutely, I think Oxford's season hinges on those two really. I kind of feel that Heeps is a busted flush but Jenkins looked good at times last year and hopefully he can kick on in 2023.
-
Assuming all remaining signings are as rumoured then I'd go Glasgow Poole Redcar Oxford Scunny Edinburgh Plymouth Berwick Brum

Good luck to Jack, impressed me at Lynn last year before breaking his wrists and was doing OK at Oxford too.
-
Of course it's my opinion, that's why I posted it Scunny are dark horses for me.
-
The team to beat.

And all you've said is that it's a rumour about Pedersen.
-
I'm sure once the ownership is sorted the team will be announced.

I'm all for passion, there's not enough of it in British speedway but seventies style punch-ups and referee's box storming isn't my cup of tea and wouldn't work nowadays IMO, it was 'of its time'. I do agree with Haza though, I think American wrestling is the biggest load of tripe out there but its a show that people flock to and it fills huge arenas and stadiums. We need some of that somehow.

Absolutely, Complin is a risk too but much less so than someone brand new to the UK. You just get the feeling that he is bound to improve on 2022 having had a season back to bed in again and with better equipment and a lighter body to work with. His main attribute is his experience.
-
With all due respect to them both Newman and Roynon are past their best but you can imagine they would have plenty of joy against the other reserves named so far, at least initially.
-
That's a home weighted average for you unfortunately. Has to be some way to incentivise clubs to sign him rather than some of the non British second strings that have got places, a young promising Brit shouldn't be starting the season without a second division team spot.
-
I certainly pick and choose at Lynn nowadays for several reasons and I'll be doing it even more so in 2023 at £22 and a fifty mile round trip. Its an occasional 'treat' nowadays rather than going every week come what may.
-
Lynn were strongly rumoured to br running an NL side in 2023, disappointing that it didn't come to fruition.
-
Speedway has never quite been the same for me since that night. An awful experience as a paying customer and a Lynn fan.
-
I think its as simple as that, he did quite well at Lynn in 2019 but was quickly released in early 2021 after a poor start and wasn't great at Ipswich and then even worse last season at Sheffield. It's a pity but Prem clubs just don't seem to trust him or the baggage he seems to come with. I expect he will get a gig later on the season when injuries and sackings start to kick in.
-
Complin could be half decent if he has lost some bulk and is on some better kit. His style should suit the Glasgow circuit too.
-
Good position for Ritchie Worrall to be in!

You guys carry on, this forum would be turgid in the winter months without people who hear things posting it.
