In a way I agree, needs more fixtures, BUT most clubs in both leagues are struggling to reach break even level crowds ,throughout the season, so in theory more meetings mean more losses, then the risk of clubs closing. Clubs that appear to have consistently good crowds are Poole, Plymouth, Ipswich maybe Northampton, but these are dropping now, . others some crowds are either good at times but very poor other times. God knows how you move forward for the best of all involved

Where did I say anything about cairns ? Yes a good young talent, flew round round worky the other week when pilots were in town.

Apparently the helmet he had was not FIM compliant, several local young riders and outlets contacted, but all helmets did not have the required FIM code whatever that is, a helmet was brought for the kid to use on Sunday. Note all helmets were ACU compliant but not FIM 🤔

Even the GP could not manage that, I stayed 2 days in the city centre no advertising anywhere, even nothing on Hyde road 200 meters from the track

I live in Workington, years ago used to go to Coventry for the British final, car full of mates, now in our 60's still watch speedway but more traffic on the roads, 3 hour drive each way, £70 for petrol, £25 to get in, £5 for a programme, somewhere for food, as nothing anywhere near belle Vue or stay at home watch it for free or before the ITV news, pay £14 for a stream .

Does anyone know who is filming the production, is it a well proven speedway camera crew ie BSN or tapes ups, or are they doing there own filming
