Think it is a good idea to hold it on a temporary track. Gives a level playing field.
Well done Australia. No disgrace from Team GB they all put in a great effort. Would have given Brennan a ride just to see if he had a different approach.

Being an Aussie, I thought it was a great match and result.☺️

But you have a point, despite being a magnificent venue and track looking great in pics and viewing, it did not seem to provide much actual racing/passing.  Although the 'neutral' track issue is a step in the right direction away from the common slick offerings Poland is noted for and that most Poles thrive on.

Imo the track last night didn't seem to have much grip with the highlight for some  being Thomsen's pass on BZ ,it was overall gate and go .

The Aussies deserved the win they were by far the best team in a team event ,speaking personally I didn't care who won I was more interested in the racing and in many ways it proved what I have always thought .S/way is a team sport ridden by individuals someone commented that  BZ rides differently in GP's or league matches they are spot on he is on a personal  mission in the GP's and is paid a huge amount of money in the league .

Kurtz and Lambert are in a different place they are on the cusp of being at the very top of the sport ,both now real threats to BZ which is great for the sport and  even BZ as you are only as good as the competition and need to be kept on your toes . 

My point being no matter where it was held these type of  meetings never really catch fire because what's truly at stake  !

In the company that team GB are riding it is unfair to criticise the riders. Yes they could have pulled a few different moves to gain points but they are riding the machines not us punters. I am not disappointed with the performance and Robert has shown that we can produce top quality riders. Special mention to Leon Flint who has put his heart and soul into the meeting. Overall a good contest and the guys have not let team GB down. Perhaps Scott should be the next manager of team GB.

Ah, the voice of doom from the south speaks. You can stop watching, you know. Perhaps you did when you think Flint and Ellis didn’t trouble the scorers. Brennan - whose first name is TOM not Tim - is having a poor season and was only emergency back up. GB knew they were struggling without Dan and Tai. What extra do you think Brennan would have brought? And who would you prefer as manager? Middlo? No you have a chip on your shoulder about him. Pizzas and beer Rosco? Easy to criticise from your care home’s comfy chair but come up with something positive for once. 
And speaking of positives, well done Rob Lambert, overall top scorer.

I suspect that he was obliged to do so .

I often thinks that when  former  pro sports people have been retired for a number of years the value of  their input  diminishes .This why Scott who is still active and about retire would make a perfect  replacement IMO, I like Kelvin but he needs some up to date  help at the very least .

Scott was decent and would do a good job .Kelvin is just in repeat mode most of the night.Were they in Poland or in studio somewhere.Kelvin was in muddle with riders a couple of times.

I thought the GB lads all rode to their respective levels last night...

Nothing too much was expected of them given the level of their opponents, and they delivered that expectation, and certainly didn't embarrass themselves...

All were competitive, with Lambert showing that his World Class status is well deserved...

With Bewley in the team they would have definitely been in the mix for Silver.  

Overall, I think they can all be satisfied in what they delivered, and, particularly effort wise, they didn't leave anything back in the pits...

Thought Flint rode a lot better than 1 point, few silly mistakes but acquitted himself very well on the top stage for the first time.

Ellis mistakes as well in scoring positions that he shouldn't be making with the experience he has.

Wright had a great meeting, again felt like he scored more than he did as he was always in the mix. Woryna jumping off was an embarrassment.

Lambert just oozes class at the moment,  if he can win in Vojens then Torun could be very interesting.

Wasn't the most exciting of meetings but there has been a lot worse at GP level, enjoyed it this morn
