Got to get rid of Bowes and bring Gilkes back. Have Gilkes at 4 with Lewi and when Cooper hits his proper average you can partner him with Lewi.

2 Gilkes/Newman

3 Kerr

4 Rushen

5 Cook

6 Cairns

7 Newman/Gilkes

Don't need Bowes.

Could Dan Gilkes replace Shane Bowes though? I know it’s a straight swap for Kyle Newman as it was an injury replacement, but it would need a team re-declaration back to 40 points if Bowes was dropped, I think 🤷‍♂️. Do Poole have the space, average wise to swap Bowes/Gilkes?

Would have thought you could do a like for like but I am definitely not up with the rules on that.

Well if it's a revised 40 point declaration kind of a situation, Gilkes for Bowes isn't an option. By my calculations that team would add up to 42.57.

Worth noting that Coopers GSA is now a staggering 5.6 and Cairns 4.13.

Don't think he can, Shane may get a reduction on his average as he's not ridden for a few years.

Id of thought that it would be a fine straight swap? As Bowes average is higher than Gilkes? I’d of thought that would be fine. 
Can’t let Neman go in this form, however if Gilkes is not 110% then I’d still keep the struggling Bowes

If you sign a rider on a lower average, Gilkes being lower than Bowes, then the teams average does not matter.

Coopers average is still 2.00 on latest figures as he hasnt ridden enough meetings yet. Total current team average on official website is 40.47. Gilkes average is nearly a point lower than Bowes so we could re-declare or swap rider for rider.
