KO Cup Semi-Final - Bears v Gladiators Fri 12th and Sat 13th

Recommended Posts

Personally I think Redcar need 10 points lead tonight. Saying that, it wouldn’t surprise me if we only won by 4 and still went through. We are an absolutely unpredictable team at the moment. Plymouth could come and win by 10 as well. How’s that for sitting on the fence 😂😂

So how is the weather and track before I order the stream please?

Just watering the track now, suns out,  no rain in the north East

It's a bit unfortunate for Plymouth, being a Saturday night track, when they ride at Glasgow, Edinburgh, Redcar or Scunny, they have a massive journey back down south for their next match... or up to Worky for a Sunday match.

What does poor old Nicolai have to do to get a vote 😂

Not even his kids voted for him 😂

Pretty enjoyable meeting I thought. Not Klindts biggest fan but excellent tonight. Scott won the meeting though, excellent night and most of it from the back. Lambert unlucky with his puncture, but probably Edwards worst meeting as a Bear.

King and Nicholls excellent for the visitors as expected with solid support from Barker.

Probably not enough for us to progress but happy with the home win.

But worky and their many fans have a massive one off  journey to Poole on a Wednesday or Plymouth on a Saturday or Oxford on a Wednesday

But you've got to do it in a horse and cart 😉

As long as they race the same team on the Friday / Saturday, both teams have the same travel to make. So no advantage either way.

Thought it was an excellent meeting that was as close as expected. Tonight will be no different. Allen, Edwards, Mulford have all scored big at Plymouth. Lambert has guested here plenty in recent times...

Plymouth will need to be on it from Heat 1 tonight to try and get the tie level as quickly as they can, they worst nightmare for the Bears is a 5-1 in Heat 1...

Hoping for a HUGE crowd tonight, looking outside my window currently at 08.43 and there isn't a cloud in the sky - should be a cracking finale to this tie, hope plenty of you join us on Gladiators TV later

Surely if you’re looking outside your window, you must be looking in your lounge.

Just caught up with this, decent meeting with Jody Scott looking very impressive and Lambert really unlucky with his puncture. Klindt's brown envelope to the ref worked for his Ht15 roller😁
