2027?

I was told that Godfrey and co trying to drag Workington up to the Premiership for 2027 with another track not sure who one though so 8 teams in Premiership next year, not sure if that is backed by Facenna money so they stop poking Glasgow (or to help British Speedway).  Nothing confirmed just something a current Premiership rider had heard on the grapevine

Workington struggle to run on Championship costs so I cannot see how they could run at PL level.

Speedway rider profiles

I don't really understand the idea of just pushing teams up into the Premiership, Workington and the previously mentioned Mildenhall don't have a big town or city within 45 minutes. How are they going to get the fans who will in the long run keep the team going?

Make the gap between the championship and premiership bigger. Only riders with under 5.00 average can double up in the premier league. Also, all that money you wanted to invest in Workington, put some of it as a prize pot for the 2027 champions.

Then Poole and Glasgow (and everyone else in the championship) will want to move up to get better riders and more money.

So much huge amount of money is spent for absolutely zero return..

If you want to spend millions as a collective to achieve pretty much absolutely nothing, instead, spend it on prize money and generate some interest...

What is wrong with people?? Some seriously weird behaviour.

Wishing the Premiership dead, hoping the Championship will suffer etc.

These people are basically hoping for the suffering of clubs and their fans.

What kind of psychopathic mentality are these people on???
