With all 6 teams riding who would you have had guest? Gamble but tbh have fit I think Scott can score what the reserves covering his rides would

It’s a fair point and I guess we’ll know after the meeting if it’s the right call or not.  Even two or three points from the reserves is better than Nicholls giving it a go and not scoring a point.

“I’ve tested the shoulder on a mountain bike” doesn’t exactly fill me with much confidence tbh 🥴

Its only been five weeks since he broke his shoulder and at his age the old bones and recovery normally take longer to heal.

I could be doing him a disservice and he could weigh in with a solid eight or nine points and my concerns would have been for nothing who knows.

We’ll soon find out I guess.

Agreed. Great to have a full team again.  Belle Vue should win the title this year easily, as I said at the start of the season, the Witches should just hope to get into a 2nd vs 3rd playoff rather than face the Aces in the semi final.

iF Sheffield win tomorrow, then Ipswich will have to beat Belle Vue and Leicester

If Leicester would have rather have Ipswich in the semi, then they lose at home to Ipswich, could be as simple as that, as long as they win tomorrow

Going to be strange to have Doyle lining up for the opposition, but feel sure the home fans will give him the great reception he has earned over the last few years

Get the feeling a 15 Point Max is incoming as well.

Rain potentially from around 9pm on many forecasts

Get a lead by heat 12 and pray for rain - negates Jason and Kurtz in 13 and 15 😁

Can’t see Kurtz trying to hard if he gets behind with a huge GP the weekend

trouble is if he makes the gate we won’t catch him

never a better time for Belle Vue to beat a full strength Ipswich side

Quite frankly, we don’t deserve the play offs after that shambles of a meeting. Even if Lynn bottled it and didn’t get in the play offs, we are not doing anything in it.

I did say this team is awful before a wheel was even turned this season. And also said Lawson is crap.

I was actually rooting for the Belle Vue boys in 15! Zero point being in the play offs we’d get obliterated by Belle Vue over two legs. At least Lynn ride the NSS fairly well and would make it interesting

Totally agree. 👍🏼 Plus I want Mayfield to see how crap of a team they produced. I know it wasn’t going to be the same as last year but this is shocking and a joke in truth. We have no good riders who ride other tracks good and we even struggle to win at home nowadays. What a sad state and come down from last year, fully blame Chris Louis for this as well by the way not just Mayfield. This is also his legacy he left behind let’s not forget.

The team was cobbled together a few weeks before the season started including a near 50 year old. It was never going to be in contention to be fair.

Let’s see what next season brings when we get a fair crack of the whip.

Ipswich will never get a better chance to beat Belle Vue , considering Kurtz didn’t try in 2 of his 4 rides and couldn’t be arsed going out in 15 . Doyley tried all night as ever but he couldn’t be arsed in 15 also . Sad night for the fallen champions.
