Paddy The Rebel Posted yesterday at 12:13 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 12:13 PM I get the impression it will be Nicholls or Howarth, maybe Howarth not wanting to commute so much anymore for home meetings and Nicholls with Plymouth being uncertain. Does that therefore mean that teams will be able to list their riders in any order (for the top 5). As an example Oxford will have three riders with an average above the Berwick number 1. Only stipulation is highest averaged ride has to ride at number 1, you can place your other riders anywhere in the 2-5 riding order, but usually have second highest at 5 and third highest at
TTT Posted yesterday at 01:49 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 01:49 PM (edited) With the 1 Over 8.00 rule being scrapped do we now assume that Plymouth or Workington aren't running because the Team Building rules were set for 3 Years on the basis that 9 Teams would compete in the Championship? Paddy The Rebel Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 02:26 PM 1.Sam Masters 8.99 2. 3. Kyle Howarth 8.08 4. Luke Killeen 6.03 5. Tom Brennan 8.64 6. 7. Total 31.74 leaves 8.26 a proverbial wagging tail but with that top 4 that will win a lot of meetings. id assume it’s going to be 2x2.00 riders at reserve. I think Harry Fletcher is nailed on to be at 6 or 7 With the other place going to Ashton Vale or Senna Summers if it is Kyle Howarth signing to give the top 4 named. Final rider either an unknown foreign rider on a 4, if that's possible or dependent on averages and reductions for being British Daryl Ritchings Sam Hagon or Nathan Ablitt
Jon Boy Posted yesterday at 06:39 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 06:39 PM For me Fletcher is the most stylish of the three and improved so much in a short period of time. Reminds me of a young Luke Killeen just a little less wild. He’s definitely one of the best young riders from the NDL last season.

Hackett
Solid heatleader trio for Oxford. Now important that they can get a strong reserve as that should keep them competitive home and away with that heatleader trio.

TigerIain
17 hours ago, Neila said: Glasgow had a top 4 similar to that, but what did they win 🤔 Nothing, but they finished top of the league and took the playoff final to a super heat. After last year, I think Oxford would take that. 14 hours ago, Robinh88 said: Actually top 5 when Nagel turned up That made a huge difference to the Glasgow season. I don't see where Oxford will get a rider like that (song 2.5 to their average), and I think that they have went too big on the top 3. Pre Nagel, Glasgow struggled for heat advantages that year and relied on winning a lot of last heat deciders. From memory the super heat in the playoff final (the one that really mattered) was the only one that went against the Tigers. Masters, Brennan and Howarth will struggle to increase their averages, Kileen might struggle to improve his as his partner will regularly beat him. Lot of pressure on the bottom 3 to be picking up 3rd places and they will often be facing opposite numbers with much higher averages. If it all clicks though they could win silverware. Looking forward to them coming to Ashfield next year, that match already looks like one to watch
