All drivers/riders are hand picked as the best available. The best way for the SGP/FIM selectors to do that is by League racing from the top 4 divisions over a 3 season period.

The forecast didnt help yesterday. There was due to be rain and it didn't happen. You either risk watering it and hope it doesnt rain, or don't water and hope for natural watering. Id go for the latter because even if it didnt rain, you can still ride regardless of the dust. If the track was watered and then it rained, then you risk a very wet track that may stop the racing
