Workington v Oxford 13/06/26 3pm Championship.

Footings and ducting for the cables have been installed, some floodlights have arrived, been put out of the gypo's way for now, but unfortunately I think the other floodlights are being delayed by Donald trump, stuck on a boat in the middle east. The same as everyone's Xmas presents š -
Sheffield V Northampton 11/06/26
RS50 replied to Bald Bloke's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
As an example. By June 24th this year, Sheffield will have ridden four home matches. At the same date in 2008, they had completed fourteen home matches. I think this helps to understand why some fans get out of the habit, and why riders want/need more than one league. -
Oh I agree her definitely does ā¦. One ex witch was very vocal in telling people how much help both Doyle and Emil were in the pits regarding set ups and overall morale ā¦.. the same ex witch said a certain side he rode for the top boys offered no help and kept themselves to themselves and the team morale was low ā¦. It wasnāt Belle Vue but I will let you work it out ā¦. im sure Doyle will help Tate and cairns no end

Not yet. Reckon we won't see them this year -
Great to see Doyley back in the uk. He can get his average down ready to come back home to Ipswich next season.

Belle Vue splashing the GP cash on agent Doyle. Think this one will backfireā¦

I see JD has said it's a "short term" deal, you've got to applaud his honesty and being up front with the fans, some riders should take a lesson from that š

Have the floodlights been installed yet at northside? -
Who knows, it's theoretical of course but at I said Doyle brings more than just points.
-
Just out of interest To get Doyle back in, which two would you have dropped out And who else would sign with Jason? A couple of comments on here are laughable from "fans"

BERWICK v GLASGOW (CL) Saturday, June 13th (7pm)
Neila replied to crescent girl's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
No, it was a comets away meeting, something you'd not understand as you don't travel to away meetings 𤣠hopefully catch up with you in a few months when the Comets travelling fans come to Plymouth -
Doyle already replaced with Tungate in Sweden.. They seem to replace riders a lot easier than the UK can..

No, the last of the travellers left Sunday. -
Name me a 'big fish' that isn't losing money this season. Poole opt for Championship racing for primarily financial reasons ie not losing money. Not owning their own stadium Poole get no revenue from any stadium outlets. Their income derives solely from admissions, sponsorship and advertising by providing successful, trophy-winning teams within a financial budget, whilst attracting decent crowds. Simples. Promoter Matt Ford has recently stated publicly that Premiership racing might only be an option for Poole if there is a decent TV contract plus being allowed to race at home on their established racenight ie Wednesdays.
