Umm, perhaps its because Alex Brady has stepped down completely, Dale Allitt is / was in hospital. When Buster was quoted as being promoter in name only, he was. Facts straight. Get Them

Really wouldnt be surprised if Buster actually financed getting Laguta to Stars

So only a couple weeks ago Buster releases his usual im not to blame press release and stats he has nothing to do with kings lynn anymore other than owning stadium. Then last night he appears on tv as kings lynn team manager Either the guy is a idiot or he thinks we are all the idiots

Our esteemed team manager may have to consider applying for an injunction as you seem to be obsessed with everything and anything concerning him. You don’t happen to have a full blown up cammi doll you take to bed at night with you. Scary stuff someone should be checking your hard drive.

Better promotion in and around Lynn and at holiday venues would certainly help. The times when things were really buzzing at Lynn was when Jonathan was in charge of promotion. He had a number of ideas, mostly good, and it would be great to get him involved again. He was there last week……

I can never understand why there hasn't ever been a big push to get younger, paying crowds through the gate (16-25 year olds). All the clubs say it's about getting the next generation interested in speedway, but there has never been an incentive to get them in. It's all well and good letting U16's in for free but if there was a promotion to get (16-25's) in, say £15 a ticket surely that would attract some interest. Especially when you've already got your core demographic - the older generation - having reduced prices

I still say re runs should start with handicap systems (if 1 lap had been completed) stop all this staying down on purpose bollocks. For example heat 1 last night. Sedgmen starts from tapes. Fricke 5 metres back. Laguta 10 metres back.

Watched it back when home from belle Vue. good meeting I thought and actually a good showing from lynn really. Without the injury to laguta which I think was a fair reason to withdraw as his foot went on the spokes and yanked his leg back. 100% that was a sore one. Lyn would have won this or got at least a draw. riss was a shocking choice of guest. less said about Eurosport the better. The whole production is terrible. Starting with Tatum being on his own. I know there’s no point moaning as things won’t change but for me the BSPA need to step in and sort this and tell Eurosport your doing the sport no favours what so ever.

it really needs 2 in there to bounce off eachother - Nigel (a huge loss) was the main man too and its clear Tatum would probably be better going back to his role of the co-commentator. It seems odd just having him do it and he probably (still) feels a bit lost withouit Nigel. At least at the GPs he has Chris and there is 2 of them.

He fell on lap 2. The rider leading the race was still on lap 2 at the time of the fall. Yes, you could argue that they were on lap 3 when the red lights came on, but it seems perfectly reasonable to have a re-run. The rule itself, of course, is not clear whether the two laps refer to at the time of the incident or the time of the stoppage so it is down to the ref's interpretation I guess.

I would. Pretty much the first thing he said after Alex quit was " the team is over budget"

I feel we should start each Glasgow related home meeting thread by saying "no, there's no bloody stream".

Hans getting owned by Jake Mulford pretty much sums up Andersen's last two years in a Panthers race suit.

It was on TV though, the crowd is not usually that small. But that is down the promoter to get people in when its on TV, Chapman has never done anything

Buster said on the radio this morning that he had a choice of Lambert, Barker and Riss. Should have gone with Lambert on current form.

He was saying about how he doesn't want to be there , the plan was for him to step back this year etc but his heart is still very much in it. Was talking about financial struggles and how the crowd levels are really poor and how the Lynn team is very expensive (assume that's mostly in reference to AL), and how he can't put any more money in as that's his pension money effectively. All sounded a bit bleak.

TJ rode his socks off TJ rode out of his skin or…. TJ rode out of his socks (KT)

I think he was a victim of the empty promises from the second hand care dealer like a few on here and is understandably annoyed. A couple of riders like Ben Cook and Jordan Jenkins have got on with it to be fair, but this is the second year now Basso is riding in a crap team and environment.

Yes, very sad news. He was a regular at the annual Norwich WSRA Dinner, so I met him many times over the last 20 years or so. A really nice bloke always happy to chat about his Yarmouth and Norwich days.

Doesn't really matter whether he did or not really, ref should have awarded it

Right... just read so many negative comments on here tonight for what was a perfectly good speedway meeting, with some good racing once the track settled, some questionable refereeing decisions and very nearly another super heat. Eurosport is what it has always been... it ain't never gong to change and the sooner people realise this the better for all of us that have to read the same old crap on every televised thread. Apologies to @arnieg

It was sad to see them few races tonight with Hans in.

We're all bored of your anti Buster crusade, stop polluting threads with it, go and make your own thread somewhere and leave us all alone. Agree. I started watching about an hour behind so have only just read the thread and it's full of absolute garbage. Thought that was a pretty good meeting, we are obviously struggling this season so all you can ask is for the team to give it their all and show some fight, and they did that. Unfortunately Laguta was never going to carry on after getting a knock but he was fully committed on track. Riss was either uninterested or unfit, you feel with a half decent guest we would have won that.

You can imagine my delight at finding out that Discovery+ subscription is, essentially, free. That's another standing order to not worry about.
