Hausl is definitely one for the future, he has potential, the question is how long would Glasgow keep a 5 point assessed, riding to a 3 point average? For me Lambert is better now, Hausl may be come the end of the season! As long as he's on his 5 point average, I'd give him time, but when it's about to drop - decision time. Wouldn't necessarily be Lambert, Glasgow may look for a new 5 point foreigner is this one doesn't work? Cliff at Edinburgh was a lot safer in his job, as they didn't have much options to replace him, Hausl doesn't have that advantage. -

Lambert beat Kilma 3 times and Joe Thompson twice passing both in heat 8 when guesting for us earlier this year. Winning at home is a must. Currently if Mario has to ride abroad we can get a 5 point guest. When his average drops we will be struggling to find any guest. Mario appears to be a quiet sort of guy not out going like Basso and Nagel. So does he sit quietly and just worry about his lack of scoring? Lambert on the other hand is outspoken and clearly a good team man. We only have 8 meetings left home and away, can we risk not making a change and as someone has already said with Leon and Kyle's averages increasing it has to be like for like. So unless Mario turns everything around on Friday I'd make the change.
