I would be very surprised if anybody has ridden the track as yet ,si.ply because the steel posts aren't covered , I would imagine they will need a similar arrangement as mildenhall ,with a foam hat over them before anyone is allowed to ride the track

Blair didn’t supply the footage, or do anything like that from what I understand. The footage was sent to the box, presumably to the announcer, or the commentators or someone. Not via Blair, but for what it’s worth I don’t really like him, bring back Dick Barrie.  

Should be banned then or will the old 'suffered a reaction' line be used - if it's still a valid excuse?

Don't forget Blair as he is supposed to be an impartial announcer, not running up to the referee with 3rd party footage, as an ex rider ( but not a very good one 😜 ) he should just let the referee make a decision good or bad and not get involved 

So if Mudgway wants to come back to the sport, where is he supposed to ride? He hardly looked like a heat leader yesterday, but he's bound to get better. Hence the word 'development' that some people don't seem to understand.
