I think Darryl has already shown he's better than a 2 point rider, but obviously no harm in reminding promoters of that. But that's also the main reason he didn't get a new club, he no longer has a 2.00 average. Riding exactly 6 matches for Poole then getting replaced was the worst thing that could've happened to him, rode himself out of a team spot. While not exactly the same, Vinnie Foord upped his 2.00 average & they didn't want him any more. If you can't reach 2 (Perry, Marson) you get dropped, if you increase your average (Foord, Ritchings) you get dropped! Why do 2.00 riders keep going to Poole lol! Ps yes I know the Ritchings / Cairns situation was pre-planned.
