Most probably. Essentially Poole offered them the best deal once other clubs had provided an NDL platform for them prior to turning 16. They could have signed for anybody in the Champs in order to be 'brought on'. Really poor rhis meeting hasn't been / isn't being run.

The TV deal has become complicated in the last couple of weeks due to some changes happening at a couple of broadcasters which is resulting in them not being able to sign any contracts until these issues are resolved.
