Some are saying about 8 heavy showers today, others who live just as close to the stadium are saying just 1 short shower. I know who I believe. Very dodgy to call off so early. Should be investigated and Leicester punished.

Assuming the reasoning behind squeezing the Championship team averages down, is to create a distinct gap to the Premiership and also persuaded clubs like Poole and Glasgow to move up to make the top League a TV viable proposition. Then it's hard to believe (except that it's Speedway we're talking about) that the whole matter hasn't already been decided in principle at least, with all parties concerned. Bearing in mind the size of the task for clubs swapping leagues.

Those "last gasp" meetings before the cut off date often show the "integrity" involved .. With a good many down the years taking place on tracks that would have seen a call off in the months before.. "We just need to get to Heat 10"...😀 Amazing how the date of a meeting can suddenly make tracks rideable...😁 If only this country ever got some decent weather from say April to August, the fixture compilers could have at least a chance of fitting in so few meetings in so many weeks!!!
