It kinda just is British speedway really. Old fashioned, naff and only enjoyed by a dwindling audience of a certain age.

He's 7 years older than Mitch McDiarmid with all the additional experience that implies, yet it was McDiarmid who had the higher average in the Polish under 24 league this year. If I was going to sign a Pedersen he'd only be fourth on my list behind Bastian, Villads and Rasmus.

Yarmouth is a dreadful shape for modern speedway and the stadium owners would never want a shale track. Also it would not suit the car racing for it to be shale.

Pedersen is going to be a top rider in this league, not so sure about super Mario.
