If i want to go to a meeting I go to the venue. What about those that are unable to attend a meeting for family or medical reasons? Nobody is asking you to spend any money on a "cheap and nasty production". I'm not aware that there are any available, anyway. You sound like a very bitter person who doesn't really like Speedway at all. But sensible people regard BSN as a superb service, which provides people with the opportunity to watch the sport they love.8 points

And you're a fine example of somebody who loves to attend speedway meetings in person right? Shame you said the exact opposite three months ago....6 points

Fricke is a class act in this country5 points
-
1 of those was a 5-0. It was a great points scoring performance on the night and he more than did his job, but... I don't know if you were there but there was a lot of screaming under his helmet going on after his duffer races, at least twice he pulled up at the back failing to complete his final lap, still while under power, I can't help but think that these actions, maybe subconsciously, permeates through the team. He's probably had his best season in the sport, but let's face it he's 23 now and still at reserve. He's got the talent on a bike but needs to eradicate this from his game to progress5 points

I’m surprised Dickson puts up with this from Kemp. It’s quite possible that one of the other riders in the race could fall or stop with a mechanical issue after Kemp has pulled over, thus throwing a point away. This is particularly important in two legged matches where points margins are crucial.5 points

I liked Fricke's reaction to being excluded, take it on the chin and get on with the rest of the meeting. His team riding was great to see and Jack could learn a lot from him.4 points
-
Unless his bike has packed up then a rider shouldn’t be retiring from a race. Do the job you’re employed to do.4 points

So if Andzejs Lebedevs wins the SEC tonight, he'll have qualified for next year's GPs 3 ways. Will he get the full set and be awarded a wildcard as well? 🤪4 points

Listening to Stead and also Picko make the meeting about the referee is funny, Leicester could do the same so it isn’t an excuse. Picko ran two 0s in heat 13 and 15 so need to look at that more than heat 14. Funny that when Rowe hit Howarth Ollie said all four back… there was only three left at that point 😂 Also, a mention to Fricke, he rode brilliantly, and not just for himself but team riding was brilliant as well to not just run away and win races, even in 15 you could see how he tried to slow Holder down so Masters has time but Masters just wasn’t fast enough so Fricke chose to help instead of overtaking him and run off in the lead. I know it was still 4-2 but great effort from him.4 points

Go back a few pages and it was all over 😆 Leicester might as well pack up and go home,,, wow what a turn around that was4 points

Hawkins may come across as a valve short of a cylinder, but his summaries tend to be honest and balanced.3 points

Riders seem to have a four to five year progression to pretty much where they end up... Not many do a "Jason Doyle" and leap from a reserve in the UK to being World Champ not too long later in his career. David Norris was another I remember being 3rd HL/Best Second String for a few years then one season becoming very much an international level rider, a level which he maintained... We do seem to hype up any young GB lad who seems to have even a modicum of talent, which must put extra pressure that isn't required on them... Riders who are actually often miles away from the level that the likes of Bewley, Lambert, Woffinden, Loram, Screen and Louis etc etc were at at a similar age ...3 points

Yeah. Sam was just "looking after himself" wasn't he when he shielded Kemp for 4 laps in heat 6 tonight.3 points

CLASS!!!!!! So very, very true. Well done Bojangles - properly nailed on, I would say - and by his OWN WORDS too. Great Post.3 points

Thank goodness Howarth let Kemp win that one... or Kemp may have pulled up at the back 😁3 points

Was great to see passionate away fans making some noise on the back straight, Redcar did what they needed to do, all their riders chipped in, special shout out to Ace he has been on some form recently and showed his improvement in that excellent heat 14, can't imagine him doing that last year. Dan seemed low on power all night and Harris and Villads needed a few heats to get their equipment sorted (Villads seemed to find a rocketship between heat 6 and 8) which gave the Bears the advantage which was hard to claw back with the class of Wright and King. Hopefully this is a bit of a kick up the backside for the tigers and they can show why they finished top of the league in all the return legs.2 points

R87 is just a wind-up merchant looking for attention. Everything that he says is complete boll*cks and as someone quite rightly pointed out, he is a liar. The contradictions are laughable. Bizarre that he spends time on a forum about a sport that he continually derides and can’t be more negative about. Such odd behaviour.2 points

Well done to Dudek, probably a worthy addition to the SGP series, can't see him making any kind of challenge to BZ & BK... but he's got a cracking style on a bike which is always nice to watch 👀2 points

Isn't it comforting to realise its not just in Britain that Speedway can be a shambles...2 points

you would think loyalty would be shown, and nicks post meeting interview after the poole v redcar match said a lot.2 points

By current forecast tomorrow will be off. Redcar will be hoping not as its the only chance they have.2 points

Flint does not experience that kind of racing with GP riders. If that were a GP. One the rider would have stayed on and two it would classed as hard riding. Unfortunately Flint hasn't got the skill set to stay on the bike. Just look at heat 15. Holder and Ficke going at it flat no holds bar. and a wave after!!2 points

Would take Morris back at Berwick on his average, owes the Club for giving him his chance to come back. That means nothing nowadays though,£££ matters.2 points

And live on tv he passed Kemp on the inside without hitting his left foot with the dirt deflector like Fricke did to him in ht 1. Also Kyle did in the first running of ht 14 what Rowe did in the 2nd running, Kyle should have been out or Rowe should be back in for consistency. Both went wide and collected riders on the outside of them.1 point

Absolutely, dilute the product further, the fans will definitely go for it. What next, monthly meetings, three lap races, the 13 heat formula! #FFS1 point

Teams with a good reserve will always be problem if Glasgows Top 5 are having an ordinary night.Their reserves have not shown any improvement over the season. The tie is not over yet though.1 point

Lucky tomorrow has already been called off then.1 point

Another great performance for the Bears. Hopefully they can dispatch Glasgow at home, Oxford in the KOC and the drunken sailors in the playoff semi! 👍 Shame Morris wasn't fit for this tonight as probably would have been an away win.1 point

Hope all goes well, thanks to sponsors etc who got this meeting together, but the forecast does not look good. Can't attend as on holiday but good luck1 point
-
Shocking non decision... have they done away with the tape touching rule and just not told anybody 🤷♂️1 point
-
As I said it was a hard move, but Fricke held his line, so yes the ref got it wrong because the other was not skilful enough to stay on the bike. You see that move all the time in the GPs. Very rare to see the riders bail out. If they fell off after every hard move like last night. They would run out of time to complete the meeting.1 point

I have no affinity to either side but, coming from a fan of a team with Hawkins as team manager, that did make me smile lol1 point

The end of season important meetings always ends up a farce1 point

It seems a lot of the issues he has, is his willingness to throw the towel in as soon as the going gets tough. He's a fine rider, but with the mentality he has, It's going to be hard for him to step up the ladder. He's fortunate speedway is in such a dire state with lack of riders. Back in the day with plenty of riders to choose from, Kemp wouldn't be anywhere near the top of the list. One thing a team manger or fans hated back then was when a rider was not trying. Today it seems riders at the back knock it on the head before the chequered flag on a regular basis, but Kemp has taken that to a new level imo.1 point

Please don't quote the negative comments of @R87 it could bring the whole internet down! As a challenge to you, can you find any single positive post? 🔎1 point

KemP should have laid the bike down bend three when flint came under him and then flint would have been excluded 😉1 point

Don’t worry, there is two big champions league games on tonight so there’s probably only us and about 3 others watching, and we know how consistently crap refs are anyway.1 point
