  1. I think you've hit the nail on the head there.
  2. I agree with the vast majority of that but a quick acknowledgement to the winner especially after a good race really doesn't hurt.
  3. But but but......we were told he was gonna be out for months
  4. https://x.com/KLSpeedway/status/1801575939232448731?s=19
  5. With three teams they can't really afford too many rain offs.
  6. According to the No Brakes No Fear podcast it's because of a childcare issue
  7. Exactly, most people don't seem to able to grasp that.
  8. It is a ban, Lynn have just sugar coated it. The most important thing for me as a Lynn fan is that relationship between club and rider is still good.
  9. It's more evidence for me that we are simply in the wrong league, if you can't successfully employ top riders for a full season then we need to be competing in the Championship.
  10. I think the writing was probably on the wall last week when a Lynn press release titled 'Injury Update' contained the following paragraph: 'Tobiasz is keen to be back with the PSH Environmental Stars as soon as he is fit, and hopefully this will be when the league campaign resumes at Leicester on June 13, but the club will not be putting undue pressure on him and will welcome him back when he is ready.' It would seem to me that somebody the Polish end (club or rider) is reluctant for TM to ride here again until he is 100% but that has to involve a 28 day ban if he doesnt ride on Thursday. Lynn are presumably reluctant to rock the boat and have him quit the club but we cant have the mickey taken out of Lynn and the league like that, a ban is going to hurt us massively but from a point of view of integrity he can't be riding for Ostrow and not Lynn.
  11. I think Mountain is a better rider than Kemp and is a former Lion (and Star) but Kemp ought to be fired up after his release from Leicester so he's a good choice too. Museilak really ought to be riding after scoring well and taking five rides in Poland last Friday.
  12. Connor Mountain the obvious choice to guest at reserve if he wants to do it, and you'd imagine the skipper should be back from injury.
  13. I think its down to the connection with former Lynn riders Tomas Topinka and Filip Sitera.
  14. He did, and said that he brought the wrong one. I think its very difficult to adapt in a one off meeting when you don't race over regularly, which is obviously his choice. SoN will be different with practice available and lots of others in the same boat. I'm sure people probably did moan back then.
  15. Looked like Bewley rode close to Wright's left leg out of frustration as they slowed down. Don't think there was anything wrong with the race, was hard but fair
  16. You worry far too much. Lamberts issues (bar one ride) were clearly mechanical, he will be kitted out far better for the SoN. We have as good a chance as anyone. My only issue is that we'll be going into the final cold when everyone else has had a semi final to acclimatise.
  17. Being greedy though we could have had both if Vadim hadn't been told to quit and they'd been ruthless when Oxford let Klindt go.
  18. Interesting what Tai just explained about tyres, almost puts some strategy into it.
  19. Something obviously tweaked on Lambert's bike between his second and third rides.
